I can't believe I still don't have a date for my surgery I been in so much pain since December first and even they said my case was severe, I'm still waiting for a response I been 6 times in ER to help me with the pain, even the morpine doesn't help, how long do I have to wait.

zero star if there's an option! Initial appointment was told 1 date but schedule for different date. Got a missed appointment call and now my kid have to wait for 3 more weeks for next open appointment. All they have to say is IM SORRY therre's nothing we can do.

Go somewhere else, anywhere else!!! This doctors office is the worst. Office admin is basically useless and clueless. Where are they hiring these people from?

I was treated here back in November. Great experience. Accurate diagnosis. Wonderful recovery.Back again for a different issue. Met with a different care giver this time. PA Gonzalez listened, then examined the area. She was able to quickly identify the issue and customize a treatment package. I left there well equipped to combat the problem; set on the road to recovery.Excellent bedside manner both on bith occasions!

Horrible office experience. Completely and total ineptitude . Rude, disrespectful and most importantly zero empathy. Can't even execute a simple referral. The WORST!!!

This has got to be the worst place I have ever been. Run for the hills do not go to this!!!!

Doctors are curt and uncommunicative at best, and outright hostile sometimes, and even within the narrow scope of their practice doctors fail to exercise a sense of responsibility or professionalism to communicate with their patients. Their objective here is to run a ruthless conveyor belt business model. Edit: regarding the accusation of "fake review", the name may not be the patient's name, but the observation is true. For obvious reasons (right to privacy, fear of retaliation...etc.) it wouldn't have been safe to disclose the full patient's name in a critical review of this office while the patient was still being seen by them.

TERRIBLE! My son was put in the WRONG cast that worsened his break adding two weeks to his recovery, then they mis-managed getting him the correct brace after being in a cast for 2 months. So now he is in a splint rather than the brace he needs. I am so frustrated I want to scream! DO NOT use this office if you can avoid it!

I walk out of there bewildered and confused, after reading reviews a bell went off, not that it wasn’t obvious; it’s all about the money for these doctors. If you have private insurance that they can charge up a big bill, they will treat you well, if not they will make sure you never come back.Dr Peter Byroko & Jaylene Njuygn busted in my room with a clear addenda; my doctor and the doctors at emergency were wrong about my knee and I didn’t belong there. Jaylene came in with a needle to inject cortisone into my knee. I asked if it would hurt, she said YES!! I moved and she said, “Because you moved while I’m holding a dangerous pointy object, you can’t come back here” Like I would want to after they ganged up on me telling me every doctor was wrong but them. The dead giveaway here is “Platinum” ten times the price of gold; it’s all about the MONEY.
