By far the most disrespectful and unprofessional treatment a patient can possibly receive, Initially my appointment was canceled because the PA couldn't show up to work and there were no substitutes and they rescheduled for a later date which was today So I had to request a day off drive through morning traffic to get there after being stranded and left with out any update for almost an hour in the visit room they had the audacity to come in and tell me that they don't have the medication that they need to give me therefore I have to come back again when they have the supplies and meanwhile I should walk around with pain.so I asked for the office manager to see what is explanation which made the experience even worse ,I filed complaint with medical board of California as they have no respect for patients time nor any professional understanding of the pain their experienceing
This used to be a great practice when Dr. Kelly was my doctor. They now say Dr. Kelly is no longer there but the name of the practice still has his name. Now you can only see a PA unless you agree to have surgery. Only then will the doctor see you. The PA a few days ago gave me two injections what was supposed to be cortisone. I believe it was just sugar water. No effect of cortisone which I have had many injections in the past. No numbing effect no pain relief. Only two bad bruises on my hand where the needles went in. I am waiting to get a satisfactory answer from them. They said a PA would get back to me on Monday. I'm not going to hold my breath.
I have had several orthopedic surgeries over 20 year period . I have dealt with many Doctors pain management, physical therapy etc. I have never seen such incompetence from the office staff to the P.A. no consistency of provided I did have one guy a radiology tech was very nice and did as much as he could for someone in my condition. I have decided not to continue with this facility and I'm glad I decided to go with another physician for my upcoming surgery. Thus facility does not seem to be connected with Dr.Kelly anymore from my research the facility was purchased and does not seem to hold high standards as in the past
I can't believe I still don't have a date for my surgery I been in so much pain since December first and even they said my case was severe, I'm still waiting for a response I been 6 times in ER to help me with the pain, even the morpine doesn't help, how long do I have to wait.
Plan on spending 30 min searching for parking space at the location and walking maybe around the hospital to this office. I’ve seen them turn patients away that were 10 minutes late, then leave me sitting in a exam room for over 2 hours. Since my surgery in 2014 I have never seen Dr Kelley again, his associates tell me I need to have knee replacement and only Dr Kelley can get the ball rolling so I ask them to make sure they get me in with the Dr next time. I wait months supposedly because the Dr is so busy and the appt is with another PA who contradicts what I was told during the last appt. take your own pain pills when having surgery because it took 18 hrs post surgery to get them in the hospital. Then the PA who was doing patient rounds for Dr Kelley offered to get me something like morphine pills if I would agree to be discharged that day. The nurse told him they can’t do it it was too late then told me there is no way I’m ready to leave and please don’t let them push me.
Replaced my hip in 2012. Surgery was flawless, very little pain, post surgery rehab healed it quickly. Nine years later I’m writing this with hip still working good as new. One of my best decisions.
One of the worse provider out there! I have managed care/ Medi-Cal, his office didn’t want to give me an appointment with him but his PA only. I told them I was willing to wait and they finally ‘granted’ me an appointment with him. 16 hours before my appointment, they called and told me the doctor has ‘rearranged’ his schedule but the PA can see me, or I have to wait for another 6 weeks. This doctor should be omitted from the provider list since he doesn’t want to see any Medi-Cal patient. His office practices bait and switch, totally immoral.
Posting for Gilda Crone. There staff is the worst, especially there Office Manage/Administrator. Paper work was faxed on 3 occasions to Sandra, their Office Adminstrator with no response. We will be filing suit against their failure to respond and send paperwork in to the State of California on time and in a timely manner. This failure cost over $10,000.00. The money necessary to maintain basic living standards had to be drawn from the retirement fund(s) and savings accounts which resulted in financial penalties and bank fees. Paper work that will be presented to the court will be available to the public with verifiable “need to know “.
Very professional and kind staff. Before going into the office I was reading the reviews and I was actually scared. However, I had a great experience on Thursday. They went ahead and requested some things I need from my insurance to approve. Also, they will file my EDD application but, I need to do my part by filling it out online, which was easy. Not to mention that I have my surgery next Thursday.
PA Gonzalez, & all were very nice?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
