I have to say that the reviews above surprise me. I had not one, but two dental implants done by Dr. Laverdiere and I am very pleased with not only the results, but with her professionalism and "bedside manner".  I like her so much that I am taking my son in to her for an extraction that neither his orthodontist nor dentist can do. Her staff is competent and kind and my experience was as good as it could have been, given that no one really wants to need to see any kind of surgeon.  Though I hope I never need an oral surgeon again, I would definitely go to her for any such need.

I had a horrible conversation with Dr. Laverdiere. She was condescending, abusive and hostile. I can't speak to her dental skills as she didn't treat me (an associate of hers did). There were several mistakes in the way her office was billing my insurance and I asked to speak to her directly. I've never been spoken to like that before by a health care professional and was completely unprepared for her unmasked hatred. My advice would be to find another provider if you need oral surgery.

I have heard nothing but great things about this office prior to seeing Dr Laverdiere Beck. The doctor  and her staff are so kind and gentle, they went above and beyond to comfort my daughter ( who is so afraid of needles !). The whole process went smoothly.  The front office staff helped coordinate my insurance benefits since often both medical and dental will cover removal of impacted wisdom teeth.  Highly recommend!

I recently had oral surgery by Dr Laverdiere and her and her staff were wonderful.  I was super nervous so I'm glad I did a consultation first . She explained everything that I should expect after getting my wisdom teeth out so I could be fully prepared. We also discussed IV sedation and I decided that was the way to go. I am so glad I went with her office since I have heard horrible stories from other offices.The whole experience was great and I had no pain or swelling afterward. Her staff was also very friendly and nice.

Staff was friendly and the place is nice and clean.  However, made an appointment for my husband and specifically scheduled for extraction of teeth.  Went in and spoke to the surgeon, thinking, why are we in the office?! Assuming that we are going over the procedure and the plan - then she dismiss us. I'm like, no we are here for extraction and she said, you guys are the 3rd patient that said that...Which means, someone in your staff did not do their scheduling correctly.  She advised us to come back in 45min for the extraction.  Came back teeth pulled, seen the bill and was charge $130 for a consult, a consult we never scheduled! I'm like, why are you charging me for a consult when I have a referral for an extraction plus I already had my "consult" from our dentist suggesting for the procedure, we didn't need a second opinion, we are here for extraction. All they can say was, well the dr did speak to you and went over the plan.  I was so mad! Talk about ripping you off blindsided...! When you make an appt, make sure you know what you are going in for otherwise they will charge you for everything! The Dr will even say, I don't do the billing/insurance portion! This is your practice, you have the say so what charges should be made or waived!
