Unfortunately, appointments are consistently delayed by at least an hour past the scheduled time. There is little communication about the delays, which makes it frustrating when planning the rest of the day. The doctor himself is nice and professional, but the long wait times significantly impact the overall experience.

Dr. Duong is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He’s not only passionate about his patients, but also incredibly knowledgeable. Every question I asked him was met with a satisfactory answer, and even questions I hadn’t thought of were thoroughly explained. I’m really happy to have found such a great family doctor here.

I agree with all the good review. I thought that I was happy with my prior doctor, but Dr Doung takes the time to explain everything to you. I am able to control my diabetes much better, knowing what the Doctor explains to me. Thanks doctor!
