First visit with Dr. Trinh today. She exudes warmth and kindness. Doctors can make you feel unseen but just the opposite with Dr. Trinh. She's top-rated on the Oscar Healthcare app for a reason and I'm glad I made an appointment. Highly recommend. Will be making her my permanent doctor :) Thank you, Dr. Trinh.
I m not happy with the way treat patient , she is my family doctor, i m 60 years old , Dr didn’t recommend any medicine appropriate for my age like : bone … or do any test for after menopause. Not take care patient well like it should be ( My insurance each time I see dr ,i have co-pay )
The Doctor seemed nice however the office at the Garden Grove location is booking too many patients. All three appointments I had were 40 plus minutes cooling my heals in the lobby. There are other issues to consider as well. 1. The office is geared towards the Vietnamese language. The Doctor speaks perfect English, everyone else not so much. 2. Online appointment availability is Fridays at 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. That's it! And appears to only be available through my insurance website. 3. Telephone appointments are difficult to obtain if you don't speak Vietnamese. I just had such a hard time getting the office worker to understand my name and address. I ended up making only online appointments and stopped communication with the office staff except when there was no other option. 4. Office does not support Virtual appointments and telephone appointments are hard to get. Mostly because of the language barrier I think. I had a lot of problems getting appointments set. In the end I made the choice to try a different Doctor due to communication problems, however if you speak Vietnamese and don't mind waiting in the lobby in the middle of a pandemic then this might work for you. Good luck in your search.
I called to get pricing and schedule an appointment. I spoke to Khnh over the phone. She was very rude and was having side conversation with others while she was one the phone with me. She even hung up on me... so professional! I would never go to this doctor just basis on her employees that run her office. It was almost like they didn't want to help me out because I wasn't Asian! I will be reporting them to Oscar Health Car too!
Doctor Trinh is very nice and professional!
Each experience I have had with Dr. Trinh has been pleasant and informative. My health has improved greatly since I began taking her advice! She seems to care in a way that I don't feel from my other doctors (my existing health condition requires me to visit specialists regularly). Please thank Dr. Trinh for me if you get a chance.
She is very thorough and she listens to her patients. She doesn't hesitate to check every detail in order to get you back in health!
Dr. Trinh is great! She spends a good amount of time with the patient, she listens and she explains things clearly.
I have the highest regard for Dr. Trinh. She is compassionate and highly intelligent, explaining and logically justifying her recommendations; she listens to what I have to say. She is genuinely concerned for me as a person. She has a good heart-- I recommend her without reservations.
She was very calm and very comforting. I gained a sense of trust when speaking with her. Overall I'm glad I chose her as my PCP!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
