Only a first visit but very pleased that he listened, asked pertinent questions, had actual suggestions, made no promises, didn't solve the problem immediately with a pill but wanted to investigate further. No complaints.

Dr Truong is thoughtful, courteous and talented. His front office is the exact opposite. Every exchange with them is mired with incompetance and indifference. The lack of follow up by front office staff, failure to return calls or forward messages, and maddening gross incompetence necessitated me having to find another neurologist for medical care.
