Kym Loi Ac's Online Review Report Card

Came here for Urgent Care and my online appointment was easy to make. Dr. Patel was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and helped me with a followup treatment plan with mt regular PCP all without rushing the appointment.

This place is awful. I watch a girl almost bleed to death in the lobby and all anyone would do was “Fill out this paperwork and someone will be with her shortly “Freakin pathetic. I’d never recommend this place to anyone

Nothing "urgent" with this urgent care center. An x-ray was taken for a possible broken bone and it took over 4 days to receive receive a result. If you need a near immediate response your best to go to an Emergency Room unfortunately.

All of the care personnel were great and were so gracious and took real good care of me during my surgery.The visit with the doctor and the anesthesiologist was great and they really listened.I would really like to thank my recovery nurse, I believe her name was Michelle, sorry I'm not right about that but my memory was not clear.

Nice drs. Check in system needs work. I made a reservation online for my son showed up and checked in. Waited then they took everyone who showed up after me. Then I started to get text I didn’t show up reservation canceled go online and make another reservation. This was after checking in updating all my information with the front desk and then sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes . They were confused and I had to be added again to the queue.

If you happen to have insurance (but can't get into your Doctor), are white, have an appointment, are dressed professionally from work and aren't coughing and hacking all over the other people in the waiting room -like everyone else was, you WON'T be helped any time soon! I was left to sit there on my own for over 70 minutes, completely ignored and forgotten. It was fun to watch them help walk-ins and people with kids who had runny noses, but were otherwise playing in the waiting room, before me. I was sick for 2 weeks and could not get in to see my Doctor so I made an appointment there. This was such a waste of time and such a massive disappointment to be treated like garbage. Glad I got there 10 mintues early like my appointment suggested! Great example of my tax dollars at work, for everyone but me! DISGUSTING.

Does anyone have any info on Kym Loi? I called to refer a family member to her. I have been told two different things. One person told me she passed away and another told me she just wasn't working with memorial care any longer. Really hoping it's the latter and that she opened her own practice. If anyone has any info I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Dr. Ryan Keone Ah San! He saved my life here, he was determined to help me out, I had no PCP, but he found something in an ultrasound that needed immediate affection and referred me to the ER, contacted an awesome gynecologist Dr. Gerardo Bustillo to take care of me. I love this urgent care, been coming here for a good few years and Dr. Tinz is another great doctor determined to help you when you can't see a doctor or if you have no doctor! AMAZING PEOPLE WORKING HERE.
