Kym Loi's Online Review Report Card

Does anyone have any info on Kym Loi? I called to refer a family member to her. I have been told two different things. One person told me she passed away and another told me she just wasn't working with memorial care any longer. Really hoping it's the latter and that she opened her own practice. If anyone has any info I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I waited a whole hr just to be seen!! This is acupuncture, not the ER! There was no one at the desk, so no one gave me paperwork to fill out. I had to wait even longer only for the doctor to not show up in the room, so I left. Don't waste your time here - go to one of the other many acupuncturists in the area.

She just saved my wife. Very ecstatic with the results. After 10 days of Urgent Care, The ER and multiple Dr's giving her countless shot and drugs, my wife is finally on the road to recovery. Dr Loi is a confident woman for a reason.

I am new in town and was referred by Dr Mitchell to see her. After seeing her the pain that I've had in my neck and shoulders for years was gone in a matter of seconds after she treated me. She also took the time to go over my past medical history. At the end of the visit she put me under a warm heat lamp with needles in my calfs and I feel amazingly painless.

I've been seeing Dr. Loi for acupuncture and she's great! She really tries to get to know you quickly during that first consultation appointment so that she can help you as best as she can. She's funny (as are the ladies who work in the office) and it's always a pleasant experience when I go there. Plus, she's covered under my insurance, who doesn't love that!? I would definitely recommend her to others!

Charges for excercises were added to my bill and not removed even after I explained that service wasn't provided. Next call is to my insurance company. I would not recommend Dr Loi.

Dr. Loi is a very caring, very tenacious doctor and very focused on solving your medical issues! She gives you so much personal time and attention and you are in amazing hands. She changed my views on trying different ways of treatment.

Very attentive and intuitive. Can solve just about any physical ailment. Probably all.

Dr. Loi is one of those people who are put on earth to help others not only physically but sometimes mentally and emotionally. Most doctors we see these days only give us 5minutes or less of their time. They might be knowledgeable and smart but they lack in empathy and genuinely wanting their patients to get better and live a happy life. Dr. Loi wants you to get better and wants you to have a life without pain. She's very straightforward and to the point and will tell you things you might not want to hear as a patient. But if you listen and follow her advice you'll recover from whatever pain you brought with you when you first saw her. I've been seeing Dr. Loi for a while due to extreme pain in my lower back after undergoing a spinal fusion. The first time I saw her I was angry, frustrated, scared, and emotionally a wreck because I thought I was suppose to get better after the surgery and not worse. I was a non-believer when it comes to alternative healing but I had nothing to lose at that time. Dr. Loi not only helped me with my pain on day one but turned me into a believer right there and then. Her healing abilities are indescribable! Because of her I'm able to work almost full-time and most importantly I'm happy again knowing that I will get better and eventually be pain free someday. Dr. Loi and Elizabeth are beyond wonderful and I'm grateful I've met them. If you're dealing with pain or have any kind of ailments that doesn't require surgery then please see her!
