Lena Nguyen,Do's Online Review Report Card

Just had my first appointment here and I had a great experience compared to my previous doctors. I felt like she listened and didn't rush me. She provided options I wasn't given at previous doctors and seemed really knowledgeable.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lena's for many years now. She is friendly and personable, listens carefully, explains things in terms that I understand well, and all around is an excellent doctor. I rely heavily on the Hoag mychart portal to manage my health. Dr. Lena is very prompt to report my test results there, and I appreciate this.

Dr. Lena listened to me explaining my years of various health issues and treatments and she was able to take all of it into consideration when providing me with medical advice. Her demeanor was patient, warm, and non-judgmental. I think those qualities are so important when it comes to your gynecologist because I've had gynecologists before who try to shame you or make incorrect assumptions! I really appreciated her ability to make me feel safe, listen, provide helpful and appropriate feedback and also her thoroughness with my care! She really did everything in her power to get to the root causes of my problems and help investigate them or alleviate my concerns. She's also very knowledgeable and was able to suggest solutions I hadn't ever considered or been offered by other doctors before. So I feel very hopeful that my problems will finally be resolved soon! Dr. Lena Nguyen is definitely every woman's ideal OBGYN!

Dr. Nguyen and her team are friendly, professional, and outstanding in their field. The office runs smoothly with very little wait time. In the appointment, Dr. Nguyen takes time to answer questions and share options. Wonderful experiences visit after visit.

Excellent doctor! She preformed my myomectomy surgery back in 2018 and has been my obgyn since. Very caring, explains things well and knowledgeable.

Great patient experience! From setting up my initial bilateral salpingectomy consultation through surgery aftercare, I was very pleased with Dr. Lena Nguyen's work. She treats patients with respect, and I would highly recommend her. Additionally, her surgery coordinator was very helpful and extremely responsive throughout the process. Two nurses (one during my initial consultation and one on the day of my surgery) said inappropriate things to me (refusing to believe I had never had an abortion because of my desire to not have children, and suggesting my partner would leave me for a woman who wanted children, respectively); however, these comments were made without any other medical staff around, and I don't think these two particular nurses should reflect on Dr. Lena or any of the other staff.

Dr Nguyen is a top notch clinical physician with a warm personality. I'd recommend her for OB or Gyn patients.

Dr. Lena is a wonderful OB. She always made me felt cared for and heard when going to prenatal appts and put to rest my first time mom worries with patience and kindness. I was thankful she also was the doctor to deliver my son. Through the pushing process there was a point where his heart rate dropped significantly- and she did a wonderful job at cheering me on, keeping calm, and doing what was needed to get him here safely. I was thankful to have her as my doctor.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lena. She’s very nice and answered any questions or concerns I had. In the past, when I have had my annual exam the nurse practitioner or doctor would hurt me and I’m a high tolerance pain person. However, with Dr. Lena she was very gentle and quick with my annual and when I got the birth control patch. In my experience, I didn’t feel rushed I just think she’s a very quick paced person so come prepared with questions and she’ll gladly take the time for them. I would definitely recommend her!

Just awful, doesn’t listen to patients at all and is very rushed. Dr Lena seems like she doesn’t like being a Dr at all and comes across like she hates people.
