I'm honestly confused as to why so many people are complaining about the front desk ladies. I remember them being a bit grumpy but not why are over the top nice and just simply helpful. I've have a good/great visit every time I've been here. Dr. Serang is very helpful. I would recommend asking for her. Thanks

Front offices staff is rude and uncommon dating. Its was a walk Clinic before now you need to call to make appointment for same-day appointments that's ridiculous!!

I wouldn't even give this place any starts but in order for Yelp to process this post i had to at least give it a star. WORST place ever! There was doctor that my mom saw. Dr. S???? (can't remember the exact spelling) This Dr. had to put in a request of approval so my mom can see her specialist. She wrote the WRONG code and now we have to wait another a week plus to get a new approval and then wait another 3 weeks just to get seen. We waited over a month and took time off to see this specialist for them to only tell us that the dr. put in the wrong code. No thanks Dr. S!

I been coming here for almost 20 years now and I will say this place is meh.If you're doing walk-ins, then good luck. It's very random at times and you could be waiting a long time even if it seems like no one is there.The problem I have are the people working at the front desk are rude. If you ask them how much longer until you'll be checked in, they will basically make you look like an idiot in front of everyone and tell you sit your butt down.Again, the walk in time is awful. 1 hour and 30 minutes and I had 2 walk-ins in front of me. I came at 1:45 which is a good time for walk-ins as they say...Can't imagine how long the wait is for the other times.

This place is under a lot of change since they're now under Hoag. I just started going here and seeing Dr. Serang. She's young, down to earth, and easy going. Makes me feel good about seeing the Dr. and having she's open to seeing my wife and daughter. She and the staff always makes room for me so I never have to wait forever for an appointment. Great doctor! Also great staff if you're not a random hobo! Serious, for reason there are a lot of random hobos at this place.

Horrible experiences each time I've gone there. First time it took two days from my initial visit to send my prescription to the pharmacy. Second time was for pink eye and they only sent one of my prescriptions and closed the office 4 hours early with no reasoning. So yet again I'm am waiting longer than i should because of their lack of professionalism. Will not be coming here ever again.
