I have been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years. I like my doctor but when I had an emergency situation, the provider refuses to cover a $1200 medical bill because the retina specialist that happened to be working only because he had another emergency case on Christmas Eve/holiday is out of network. The clinic always finds a reason not to cover a necessary medical procedure! Have been going back and forth with them since 2021! I had to have emergency retina repair surgery. My eye was bleeding in the back of my eye. This was during the height of Covid and could not go to an emergency room and maybe get to see a retinal specialist thats would have to be called in on Christmas eve! I pay over $600 a month for my insurance and have been paying this for over 20 yrs. I only seek preventative medical care. No major illnesses. My opinion is to think twice before signing up with this med provider because they wont be there when you need them!!

Recently had a bad case of diverticulitis...of course 3 days before a month long vacation. While my PCP couldn't see me that day another doctor in the practice did. They rushed tests for me including blood, CT and more and yes it was serious. Quickly started medications and following the protocols given.I was so impressed that my PCP followed up at least 3 times on the phone. Checking to make sure I was doing what I was supposed to do so I could get on a plane.Now in Barbados for a dream trip that was planned long ago. No Rum which is what they are famous for....but very grateful for the excellent care that helped me get here.Thank you!

I tried today September 13-22 to make an appointment with gastroenterologist and the call center told me the first available appointment is mid January of 2023 !!! How disappointing. Also a few time I walked in patient and was treated by a PA !! It seems they only have one or two doctors and cutting cost using PA which hardy can diagnose you. Horrible medical center. I award them a big zero. Shame on their management.

My first time with Dr. Leah Phan reminds me of visiting with a friend. She's so personable and explain things in a way for me to easily understand. All the nurses I encounter were always helpful and nice.
