I have been a patient for the past 8 years and have always received the best care and service. All the doctors, nurses (recovery, discharge, etc.) are the most professional and kind.

Everyone there was super helpful and accommodating. Mariana at intake showed professionalism and she was very helpful and sweet even though having 2 other patients she was helping. Bri in pre Op was also very thorough and careful with my IV. Recovery nurse Sandra very very helpful caring. I don't usually get outpatient surgery, but now I’m no longer hesitant on where to be scheduled. Great Staff from start to finish.

I have been a patient here several times over the course of 7 years and every visit is stellar! They have the best staff, beautiful facility and took amazing care of me. Doctors, anesthesia and nurses are all so kind. I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend this center.

I've had 2 procedures here and both went great.  They are a professional operations.  You check in at the first place where you do paperwork and pay your copay.  Then they either move you into another waiting room or bring you into the back which has multiple beds like an ER room.  From there they prepare you for the operation and wheel you into the operation room.  This place seems to have all the equipment to do major stuff.  It's very professional compared to some other places I've seen.  Once you wake up from surgery, you are usually back in your recovery room and they prepare you to leave.  They have someone wheel chair you down to the lobby.  Overall good experience.

I had a procedure on 3/17/20 at the surgical center.  AMAZING doctors and nurses.  Very kind and caring.  Of course I was stressed and anxious but this group of professionals made me comfortable and took very good care of me.  I wish I remembered all their names but I will be getting those names and sending in my thanks.  And if you need anesthesia ask for Dr. HO this man is THE best.  Very professional and has a personality Love these nursesThanks for the great care!!!!

These guys are awesome ...  can't imagine a better surgery center!   Their staff are so attentive and nice.

Had minor outpatient surgery on 7/02/19... I was misled by their “I’m calling to explain your benefits” people about the true cost of the surgery along with insurance and I ended up having to pay an extra $1,027 afterwards. As I said, minor hand surgery lasting 13 minutes, No anesthesia (no sleep) just a local on my hand and I was told that I was “not allowed to leave the facility unless a loved one comes and gets you”. When I insisted I had no one available and placated them with: “I’m not driving, I’m taking an Uber home” I was told “well you can’t take an Uber home, either”. Felt like I was being judged. Saw only one male on the staff. Deceptive and nanny-ish is how I would best describe Memorial Care Surgical Center at Orange. They wouldn’t even give me a straight answer on the due date of the payment. If you like being spoken to like a two-year-old and given the old run around, then this your place.
