Staff are so professional and nice. Got fast results through my Doctor. I recommend this place.
I will not be going back to the place as the person the took my mammogram was pushy and would not let me answer anything . Tell me have something g when I don't . I am very upset . She needs to be talked to leave people alone when they say there is nothing wrong . And don't push them .
Awesome friendly, professional staff. Especially Jasmine at the front feToday we came here for my wife's yearly exam. The staff here is top notch and we appreciate the great care they provide here. Make sure to do yearly breast cancer screenings!! It's important to save the ta-tas as my wife calls them. Stay safe everyone.
I love this place! So quick and easy, professional and respectful. Love that they have quick and easy iPad registration and every technician has been so kind.
The staff (Eddie, Anna and Marcela) are awesome!! They are responsive and caring!!!!
I did not have a good experience here. My experience with memorial care docs have been hit or miss. Today I had imaging of my breasts due to lumps. First off they took me back 45 min late. My whole appt took 2hrs from start to finish. Nancy took me in and she was fine but I like breast link that I had gone to in the past. They are just very friendly and comforting at breast link. I have swollen lymph nodes and my sister was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and I was very nervous and stressed. After nancy did my mammo and my ultrasound, the doctor came in ..Dr Sie and felt it's ok to ask me why I'm not vaccinated and then lecture me as to how I need to get it even after I explained to her a big reason as to why I haven't. Really? How about my sister has become nearly crippled after getting the vaccine. I'm not anti-vaccine but it's my body it's my choice and for multiple reasons, I have yet to make that decision at the current time. It's nobody's business why I haven't gotten it but my own..I did not want any drama so I kept my cool but was appalled at her tone and her demeanor once she found out I was not vaccinated. Then nancy tells me I should get the vaccine and I tell her I have the MTHFR gene and am susceptible to clots with a family history of it..in fact my sister tested positive for the d-dimer test after the vaccine. She says oh just don't get johnson and johnson. That one causes clots! Really? What has happened to our world? Feels like the movie the stepford wives. I also feel like the Dr completely changed after hearing I didn't get the jab. She places painful pressure unlike any ultrasound that I had received before. Even nancy didn't do that. I just don't feel it's anyone's place especially an imaging doctor as to why I'm not vaccinated. I don't even want to go back there for my biopsy. She made me feel uncomfortable and very very judged. Not cool!
I've been going to MemorialCare Breast Ctr at Fountain Valley, CA The facility is well organized, clean, caring and professional, staffs are good and courteous. The mammogram was well done, and the result was sent out without delay. I'm very pleased of the service and really appreciate their work and their care, I highly recommend the place.
I have been coming here for breast imaging and mammogram for the last few years. Here today for my 6 month appointment. The facility is clean and takes very good covid safely measures. The staff are all so kind and welcoming. Very organized check in.
The Staffs are wonderful, friendly and helpful. I had two recent ultra sound on my right breast. I always call Melanie Leach Breast Care Navigator, she promptly get back to me and help me with questions I might might have. Dr. Richard Reitherman Ph.D., M.D. gives you a thorough explanation or the test results. Very friendly and sweet Doctor and nurses!
I have my yearly mammogram at this center. The staffs are always courteous and professional. The office is spotless and comfortable. They take extra precautions and extra measure due to Covid 19. I'm super happy with the service provided.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
