Orange County Cyberknife And Radiation Oncology Center's Online Review Report Card

Can't say enough good things about this place and Dr. Asif Harsolia. I had early detection prostate cancer. I went to City of Hope, Loma Linda, and Mission Hospital. That all told me to either remove the prostate surgically, or take long term radiation. Even my urologist said to have the surgery. Radiation from all locations above was requiring g me to take 45 sessions, each session 45 minutes, every day except weekends. Then I was in a gathering and heard two doctors taking about CyberKnife. I showed them my biopsy report and they said I'm the perfect candidate for CuberKnife. It sounds scary, but there is no cutting involved! I then searched and found Dr Asif Harsolia, who is very caring and an expert in this procedure. It only required me to get radiation (which is much more accurate than the one you get at other locations I mentioned above), and I only did 5 sessions, each about 30-45 minutes. It's been 4 years now and my PSA number went from close to 6 to 0.11! Thanks you Dr. Harsolia and his caring staff for saving my life. I have been passing the good word on them to anyone I meet. I'm so mad at City of Hope, Loma Linda and Mission Hospital and even my own urologist not to tell me that CyberKnife is an alternative (and much more accurate and safer method) in killing the cancer cells. The key is early detection and before the cancer has spread to other organs close by the prostate organ.

As long as you don't need to reach them by telephone they are professional. My post treatment followup was not scheduled at my last treatment. I tried off and on for two weeks and was finally able to get through their automated answering system to reach a human to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, when three accidents on my usually 45 minute drive took over 2 hours and I was unable to make that appointment I was unable to call to tell them I couldn't make it and now I'm trying to reschedule it and have been trying for 4 hours. This is unprofessional and uinacceptable. The people calling are the sick and dying and suffering more than their share of stress and grief. They deserve a human voice on the other end of the phone and have better ways to spend their limited time on this earth than in futile efforts to receive the care they deserve. bebyspent the entire day trying to get through and again without success system to reach

Wonderful experience with Orange County CybertKnife, Radiology Technician,doctors and staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, during radiation therapy and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Orange County Cyberknife and would highly recommend to anyone.

Wow is all I can say, in my lifetime of 54 yrs. I've never experienced such a great group of true team work with my radiant team. It takes 10 minutes for my treatments. I have 12 treatments out of 33 left. Thank you again for such GREAT team work.

The staff from the Orange County CyberKnife and Radiation Oncology Center were extremely professional and compassionate. Dr. Harsolia took time to go over my treatment plan in depth. James, the radiation technician, was highly benevolent. He always informed me about the next step of my treatment well in advance. The nurses were nice and friendly too. I think they deserve the 5 stars.
