Never available and never returns calls. Never responds to requests for patient to receive their full medical records. Entries on what little records he does provide contain diagnosis the patient knows nothing about. Does not follow up with his patients.

New location is on Garden Grove Blvd.Dr. Ha is a decent doctor and seems a competent practitioner.His front office staff, though, fall way short, they could ALL use some customer service and HIPAA training. They were very rude and not helpful. They lecture patients in a chiding way and talk down to them (doesn't matter if you actually are more educated or older). The patient sign in sheet is not HIPAA compliant so everyone can see names, dates of birth and even symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat or recent travel. Those should not all be written down for all other visitors and other patients to see.Joanne the NP was good at explaining things but not as good listener. She should listen for questions so that she can more accurately address the concerns and questions of patients.The staff general talk down to the patients/visitors and it's not a good experience when you're treated like you're a stupid patient.

I've been seeing Dr Ha for about 20 years now. I've found him to be very thorough, knowledgeable understanding and caring. He listens and he spends the time to explain things. Can't ask for more. His office support, techs and clerical are the same, efficient, conscientious and caring. I highly recommend this office.

Don't bother going to this doctor unless you are Asian. This was my second visit. First one was rescheduled and it was a month before I could be seen. Then, I was left sitting in the office for an hour and a half while the doctor waited on all of the other patients and then he went to do paperwork. He did not come to see me until I told them that I had to leave.

My friend recommended Dr Ha after suffering for months. My primary doctor did nothing for me. Dr Ha immediately was able to diagnose me and prescribe medicine and therapy. I am very glad I got go to him.
