The front office people were so nice and helpful, calling me over to help me as soon as I walked in the doors. They were organized and ready for me. I appreciate that when I’m on a tight schedule. Nurse Christine was the first to take my vitals and try to get an understanding of what we went through the week before at another office. She was happy for us being pregnant and got us dialed in nicely. This is my first meeting with Dr Bartulis and she was so great! Very bubbly, happy doctor who seemed genuinely excited for us. I brought my young daughter to the appointment and she acknowledged her and I appreciate how nice she was to my girl cause at another office, not memorial care, they were not very understanding about having to bring my daughter. Lastly, I saw Tech Marjan for my ultrasound and she was the sweetest lady! She was so understanding that I wasn’t 100% right now, feeling groggy and dizzy, and she helped me walk and was so good at her job I was so happy! Other techs couldn’t find my baby because apparently I am much earlier then expected, but she managed to find this little 1/4” sized baby and put me at ease! Completely different experiences then I’ve had at other medical groups who wasted my time and stressed me out. I’m looking forward to coming back in 4 weeks! Thank you!

Incredibly friendly, cheeerful and professional, Sarah put me at ease and the visit actually flew by! Who knew a well-woman exam could be in any way pleasant? I’ve always loved all the midwives with Memorial Care Medical Group and am so lucky Sarah is now also a part of the team.

Nurses are quick and helpful, Sarah Bartulis is knowledgeable, caring, and answers questions fully and with explanations. I don't ever feel rushed or judged, and the whole answers helps me feel like I understand why a recommendation is one way or the other, rather than leaving me with more questions.
