Dr. Schiff is defensive and seems unwilling to provide any information. All he would say is that they (cardiology) are not ignoring my husband. I would be reluctant to have him as our cardiologist.

Dr. Schiff has a very poor bedside manner. It seems he's trying to cover his bases and not get sued rather than tend to the patients needs. He seems very put upon to answer your questions and concerns... The office is very overbooked, good luck getting an appointment on short notice if you have an emergency. I had quite a bit of difficultly getting them to do routine things like refill a prescription. Several times the pharmacy had to call repeatedly and so do I. You can easily do better.

Spent ample time with my mother and explained this new diagnosis and put her at ease--explained what she could expect in her treatment in the near future and made her feel comfortable

I am very involved in my medical care, so when I see Dr. Schiff I bring a current list of meds and am ready with any questions so as to not waste his time or mine. He treats me with respect and I find his sense of humor refreshing, although I could see how some might interpret it differently. I would recommend him.

I had very bad experience wt this guy before, but did not want to comment until now that I have seen other people have the similar complaints. He is extremely rude and incompetent

I had my appointment record of what took place at my appointment and what was upcomming before I left the office leaving no unanswered questions.
