Very bad experience, we have to wait hours to get in. Doctor let us wait for a half day to wait and no staffs care about it. They want just reschedule. With this clinic you don’t have rights to be late only Dr Tam to let you waiting hours. Next time be ready with lunch if not you’re going to died to be hungry not because you’re sick. At least they have to offered snacks. They’re not polite at all. Recommend to not check up with Dr.Tam H Le.

I am hearing impaired and the receptionists would not take off their masks so I can read their lips, which is very rude. They didn't coordinate the scheduling for chemo and surgery. My mom and I saw Dr. Le on the 16th, and he was good. He explained everything. But I am not completely satisficed with this office.

Dr. Tam Le is an exceptional surgeon. He is very personable and caring. I've had multiple surgeries in the past with other surgeons and was hesitant to have another one. Dr. Le was very thorough in explaining why I needed to have it. His office staff return my calls promptly and are very responsive to my questions. Dr. Le is in such demand by other patients, but I am willing to wait a bit on the day of my appointments. I also know that when Dr. Le enters my room, he will take the time to listen and dedicate all of his focus on me.

Dr Le performed the surgery poorly where my wife is in pain 24/7 and he wont take or return calls to consult with her. His staff is cold and rude they only suggest going to the emergency room. Avoid this Dr at all costs

I found his office very unprofessional and chaotic. Dr. Le obviously over-books to the point that the patient is left waiting hours to see the doctor and his office staff can not do their job so they do things to cut corners like make it the patients responsibility to know what their co pay is and if the patient's guess is wrong the office charges the patient an extra $5 for the office's trouble.

Very unhappy with this Dr call office always have to leave messages. After surgery saw him twice after 14 days in hospital. Was released by another Dr. I got an infection 5 days later was admitted again saw him 2 times in hospital he was very rude and told me in front of visitors to take a shower because I stink. I asked him about the two drainage tubes and right then in front of my family just pulled it out very painful. Never want to see this Dt again .

Es una muy desagradable experiecian el personal es muy antiprofecional y nada cortes te hacen esperar mas de lo normal y su recepcionista es muy despota y prepotente no les recomiendo el lugar ni el servicio son muy insencibles y honestamente no volveria a poner mi salud en sus manos
