Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and very nice guy! highly recommend Dr. Cheng
Dr. Cheng was very thorough in helping me understand my condition and options.
Dr.Chen was impatient and was rushing through the whole process. I didn’t feel like he cared much despite how scared I was about tendon tear. Had I not questioned him more about my MRI he would have left the room in less than 10 minutes.
Dr Cheng was very thorough and detailed on my visit. The staff is great.
I love Dr. Cheng he's top notch, patient and down to earth wonderful man. ____ the Piano Man
Friendly.... Made my 16 yr old son feel comfortable.
It was a pleasant visit Dr Cheng broke everything down to me in very understandable terms while showing me my MRI and X-Rays I now feel l know everything about my injury therefore I can make better decisions on what steps to make on my recovery the entire office took they're time with me not rushing me in n out and there was no unwanted time waiting around I definitely want them as my long term go to Dr's office. A big thank you to all of them.. Sincerely, GENE
no respect for your time. they changed my appointment time from 8 to 11am the week of my appointment, no problem. i showed up 5-10 min before my apt time. after waiting months to finally have a doctor look at my mri. i waited for the doctor for 1 hour and 20 minutes before I finally left without seeing anyone. no apologies or sympathy from staff. horrible business. double and triple booking patients to maximize profits and minimize patient experience.
how can they respect your health if they dont respect your time? they changed my appointment time from 8 to 11am the week of my appointment, no problem. i showed up 5-10 min before my apt time. after waiting months to finally have a doctor look at my mri. i waited for the doctor for an hour and 20 minutes before I finally left without seeing anyone. no apologies or sympathy from staff. horrible business. double and triple booking patients to maximize profits and minimize patient experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
