I received such great care from Farrah and Dr Chou. They did my neck biopsy. I went in so nervous and they were so nice to me.I want to thank them for their professionalism and gentle bedside manner and for helping me get through this difficult time.

I had a biopsy done at this place and there are not enough nice things I can say about it! Dr. Chun and his team, which included Farrah and Melissa, were so incredible. I want to give a special thanks to Farrah (I spent the most time with her) for keeping me calm and being such a light during what I felt was a scary moment. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again!!

I've been calling for 4 days trying to schedule an appointment. All I get is their recording saying leave a message & they'll get back to me. FUNNY, their message box is. ALWAYS FULL & CANNOT ACCEPT ANY NEW MESSAGES; DUH!! Why have a *** RECORDING?? If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a phone call to schedule an appointment. The operator told me I can't make an appointment because I don't have an appointment. WHAT IN THE WORLD!!? I'm mind blowin.

BE AWARE, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE!After many many tries to reach them by phone which was impossible to get anyone on the phone to set up an appointment, I was finally able to schedule a stomach MRI through another location in Irvine.For this special MRI, I had to prep and drink 4 bottles of 13oz. Barium Sulfate, and received a couple of shots for contrast which in the middle of procedure, they told me that the MRI MACHINE IS BROKEN and rescheduled me for 12 days later to go back at 8:30 am appointment.After doing my prep again which started at 6:00 am and going to my appointment at 7:45 am, on the way to my second appointment, I received a call at 8:00 am to let me know that their MRI MACHINE IS BROKEN!!!They could have called me on Friday to let me know, so I didn’t have to prep for my Monday morning 8:30 am appointment...This is unacceptable for a healthcare provider to be so unorganized and thus, brings their credentials in question as far as how accountable they are to their patients and if we can trust the quality of their work.BE AWARE, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I've been holding for the past 30min someone picks up the phone i let them know what i need and they put me back on hold and end up transferring me, at the end i cant get what i need. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This place overall is good, I do not like as much as the Garden Grove location. The only issue was with initial contact person when answering phone but I got called back the following day with an appointment and they were very helpful, thorough and nice. Answered my questions and did follow up to confirm prior, they even had the courtesy to see if I’d like to come in an earlier date due to a cancellation.
