Excellent Service Dr. Laquar was happy to see me and greeted me very comfortably for the first time I was there. She reviewed my history and asked me questions about why I was there. She examined me and asked if I needed to put on my top since it was chilly in the examination room. Very thorough and kind. I am very happy coming back to the office for treatment!

I'm very happy with Dr. Laquer. She had coordinated with the scheduler for psoraisis light treatments to call me the afternoon of my appointment after 4 pm. I did not hear from her on the day of my appointment or the next day. This is after I had asked Dr. Laquer to have me scheduled about 6 weeks earlier. When she found out that the scheduler had not called me previously although she had requested it, she was frustrated and spoke to the scheduler to take care of this. I consider this poor customer service. So again, Dr. Laquer has done an excellent job with my dermatology care, but I have been disappointed with the customer service.
