Their office waiting room is shared with urgent care so you'll be waiting with sick people! When I arrived at my scheduled time there was a sign on the window stating they were at lunch!?!? Weird. There were 4 people waiting ahead of me already, wow. Why do they schedule people during their lunch hour? Took about 25 min before they called me to process my paperwork. I felt bad for another woman that was waiting for 30 min and they hadn't called her to process her paperwork. Her son, who drove her was getting anxious because they had another appointment to go to. I waited about another 10 minutes and was finally called. The tech was very kind. A few days later I checked my bank statement and found they charged me TWICE!! Argh! When I called to get the charge reversed they stated that I would have to wait about 2-3 weeks to get my payment back. AVOID THIS PLACE! Maybe you'll have better luck at the one in Newport or Huntington.

My experience was great at this location!I walked in and was greeted in a profesional and kind manner by the receptionist. She quickly checked me in. I sat and waited for approximately 5 minutes before I was called in for my exam. The ultrasound technician that performed my exam was Hannah. Hannah was so compassionate and kept me calm. She was thorough and quick! Before I knew it, my exam was finished. I can say that this location has been the best experience that I've had at any Wave Imaging location. I cannot thank Hannah enough for being so kind.

My x-ray technician, Lauren, was great. Really friendly, positive, and I didn't have to wait that long when I went (I have gone to the Huntington Beach location where she helped me with my x-ray and Fountain Valley location). Great conversationalist and made the whole process a lot easier to get through. I was able to get a CD copy of the x-ray and they were courteous and respectful when I went in a couple of years ago.

I saw Dr Nasrin Damouii I would suggest you dont go see her, she is short tempered and doesn't listen to your needs, she treated my son terribly

This place is horrible, waist of time , i went there 2 time and couldn't get my Xray after waiting one hour and half each time , there were few patient each time 2-3 but waiting time is almost 2 hours and not even they can make it after that. For elderly or youth not recommend to go at all cause i talk to couple of elderly and they were so mad and upset as well and one of them left the office disappointed.Please if any one read this and able to do something please please do so, for me is no problem I don't come back or work with MemorialCare but for older people that visit this place is not nice thanks.

Memorial Care Imaging is a wonderful place.  Their care and concerns are amazing.  A beautiful Office everything very clean.  It was the very best imaging I have had.

THANK YOU FOR A PLACE OPEN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Nowadays no one thinks of the working person. I needed Xrays and had no clue how I was going to get them because I work the same hours. Thankful for this place! I was in and out In 15 minutes I never been treated so fast. Lauren Brown you are doing a wonderful job managing this place all by yourself self on the weekends from your warm inviting smile to your professionalism in the xray room. I drove from Corona just to go here on a Saturday and I'm happy I did!

Horrible service at this location with no present "manager" available to deal with the situation with clients. Wasted so much time coming back and forth with this center to try to get my x-ray done, which I ended up not even doing because they could not locate my paperwork. Before I walked in I even called the office to make sure that they had everything. Came in, waited more then an hr to get told by the staff they have to call the manager again to see if they have all the papers... very frustrating especially when it's something medical that you have to get done regarding your health.

Very frustrating when xrays are only taken on a walk-in basis and there's an hour and a half wait. Probably wouldn't have been so frustrating if I hadn't just been at their Huntington Beach center right before. I signed in there, waited for 20 minutes, was never called so I went up to the desk to ask and was told "We're done taking xrays for the morning." There they told me the earliest they could see me was 2:30. How is that walk-in? I called their 877 number to check the status of the Fountain Valley office, but I was on hold for the entire time it took me to drive between the two the two locations (13 minutes). My advice...choose Hoag!

Incompetent staffs. I need X-ray and had called & faxed my doctor's referal over from 5:30pm even though the guy said ok just walk-in. I am here at 7:10pm, check-in...and wait until 7:50 and was told by another guy that he would apologize for "somehow we can't verify your insurance, if you want to pay cash for the service" in last minute (they closed at 8:00pm)What's the health-care service they are?I don't mind to pay cash IF I had been told in advance about their incompetence to finish service and go home. But, nope. They even did not tell me any single words since I was there and bingo "sorry" if you want to do the service it is $50 . Are you kidding me ? Is it really URGENT CARE ?
