We moved to the area and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Yen H Tran for today, from almost two months ago. We’ve been waiting for this appointment urgently, only to show up and be told it’s been rescheduled due to a doctor emergency! You supposedly tried to reach us—why didn’t you use email or MyChart? Now we’re stuck waiting until October 15th, over a month away. Extremely professional, right?

Amazing doctor Dr. Tran is fantastic. She actually wants to figure out the issue instead of just throwing a prescription at you. She is insanely thorough, and looks at all angles of the problem. She is the best doctor I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot, none come even close to her.
