Dr.Chi made my experience relaxing and confident in her ability. Surgery was better than what I expected. This was my first time awake during surgery, and the nurse that was by my side during the whole procedure contributed to a positive experience. All the staff was so great at the hospital. I was relaxed the whole time. Thanks to all.

Dr Chi is amazing! She is kind, patient, and excellent at diagnosing your problem. She explained how the tendons in my hand were growing thicker, restricting the blood flow to the nerves & muscles, thus causing my hand to become weaker & weaker. And that a pretty basic carpal tunnel surgery to release the tendons would restore the blood flow. I was given a very comfortable hand brace to wear while sleeping, & I have peace of mind now knowing after the surgery my hand numbness will be relieved and I’ll have full use of it again. Thank you, Dr Chi!

My customer experience was -4 stars. Surgery was 5 stars. The surgeon treated me like a transaction on follow up. Never have I ever….felt a lack of empathy from an MD.She refused to file my EDD paperwork ( I had to borrow from my 401k to cover my rent!!) and my work forms. I needed these forms to keep my job and no help at all ( all she would give was a work note. My employer had special HR forms needing attention). She passed everything to my primary MD. Customer service needs a complete makeover. Find a professional provider who won’t just take your money and leave everything up to you to fend for yourself paperwork wise for your employer. I should have shopped better for a professional and talent. If you only want talented surgeon; then she is the one. If you want to be treated like a human being also….pass and find another.

LET ME GET STARTED:) If you have a deductible you have to pay the entire amount to her plus any copay's. Example you have $700 deductible and $50 copay with remaining $350 deductible. Total for one visit is $400. If you cancel there is a $30 fee, if you need any documents it says a $25 fee, if you need a paper filled out for a physician $25 fee and you need an appointment, and there is more fees. I haven't even gone into my appointment and this is already a crazy amount to see a hand specialist. They make none of these fees available until your here, but if you cancel there is another fee. Dr. Chi was absolutely great besides running late, and she was quick which was nice. Gave me the two options, and her team up front was nice after I had expressed concern of the fees. They were also super helpful when getting my MRI place to speed up the insurance pre approval.

Dr. Chi and the entire staff are fantastic. Very happy with my experience from start to finish.

Dr. Chi is such an excellent hand surgeon words are hard to describe what an amazing job she did on my left hand, trigger thumb and fingers. I’ve been a guitar player for 60 years and was a bit nervous about having surgery. I couldn’t play with my hand being in the condition it was and Dr. Chi reassured me that she’s done many surgeries on musicians with the identical problem. I highly recommend Dr. Chi for any hand issues, she’s THE BEST!

I have nothing but the highest regard for Dr. Chi's professionalism, surgical skill, and caring attitude. Equally, her office staff and assistants have always been courteous and pleasant. I'm grateful for all that Dr. Chi has done for me over the past three years, both in terms of mitigating steps as well as in the final decision and execution of surgery on my left thumb.

Dr. Chi is an extraordinarily gifted surgeon! Her skills are amazing and my experience with her has been beyond my expectations. In addition to her skills as a surgeon she is a compassionate individual who makes you feel comfortable and who is truly caring.
