Dr. Chi did surgery on my right thumb for trigger finger. I also has a non cancerous mass in the thumb joint that she took out. Every person in her office including Dr. Chi is top notch. You cannot do better. The Administration support team was equally awesome Really enjoyed working with them and will go back if needed in the future.

Ive had carpal tunnel and trigger finger surgeries at the OrangeCounty Center done by Dr. Ying Chi. Dr. Chi is an amazing Specialist. I also want to mention that her staff at her office are also amazing. They are a great Team.

This place unprofessional. Don’t care how much you have pain. Doctor is not there every day why you open business?? . Appointment 710 days don’t care and not help what you have pain or not …. Such place

This practice is an in network with insurances but operates like it isn’t. I was told I need to pay $580 because I have deductible. I told the front person that I k ow my policy that I’m only responsible for the copy’s but she insisted I needed to pay. I got my EOB from my insurance and I was only responsible for $63. I was told that if I was right it will be refunded. I called the office and I was given a different phone number to call and it keeps saying I’m calling out of their normal business hours. Their billing office is call Newport medical solutions and have awful reviews for similar experiences like mine and took months to get a refund. So please be aware before you go to this office.

Dr. Ying Chi was great but who ever runs their billing department needs coaching. I paid for everything they asked me for before my procedure. Months later I get a notice from a collections company asking for an unpaid balance with interest. This notice came with the threat of reporting me to the credit agencies. It appeared that after speaking with the agent that my address was incorrect. He also didnt have a reason as to why the medical office didnt call me to ask for payment before throwing me to the wolves. I called Dr. Chis office to discuss but had to leave message. No one called me back.
