This location needs to be shut down too. I went to the dentist here back in 2020 because I had an infection. Both Fowler location dentists didn’t prescribe me antibiotics and didn’t give me the deep cleaning needed. They just sent me away with my infection which could’ve been fatal. So I went to another dental office (not United health) who told me I had an infection and was perplexed as to why I wasn’t given antibiotics by UH. She prescribed to me but because of the delay of UH, I now will need further care. What happened to doing no harm?

This place is great specially Dr Aulakh, he is a wonderful doctor every time if we need any medical assistance (me & my family) we prefer Dr Aulakh.

i try to make apointment its allready 1 month no one pick call i try every where some place no service some place hold cal 25 to30 minute then they discnect the call now i think i need going to center for make apointment with 20 minute drive 😔😔😔👎🏻👎🏻

Front desk staff is rude!!! Plus you can never get through to the office have to go through a 1800 number and get rerouted … taking my family anywhere else!!

Dr Aulkah is wonderful, he’s caring and he listens to your concerns. Most doctors I had in the past always wait it out when you tell them about your symptoms and don’t refer you to a specialist. The receptionist are very polite and caring as well. I don’t think I can ever change doctors even if I have to do self pay in the future.

I called twice on the customer service line regarding the doctor request ... they said they will call me ... but every day they don’t call back ... and it’s keep happening everyday .. they don’t care about patient they want money from the insurances ... I hate this place United health centers Fowler....

You cant get anyone to answer a phone there and when or if you reach someone they cant help you . It usually takes 20 minutes or so so to speak to someone . The doctors are good the office help is terrible . I cant get them to transfer my medical records to my new doctor .

Sadly I am writing that I received very poor customer service with no knowledge of very simple things in United Health Center in Fowler, Ca.So basically I made an appointment for physical for my child and patiently waited there first then ask for form and I mentioned that I can sign the release information paper so they can fax that directly to school . No one knows there how to deal with that and Front desk girl told me we don't do that here. I was surprised ,She told me that I have to come back next day to pick up physical form signed by doctor. In the evening they called me that I have come back to their office to sign the paper work to release information to school and I have to pay for physical for my child for school. Well I am ok to pay if they can't take insurance and I would have done that my visit if they asked me for that.
