I would NOT recommend anyone to come here I had my fillings done and for months after my tooth was in the worst pain and super sensitive mind you I had no issues with my tooth prior to the filling.I went several times because the pain was unbearable and had X-rays and all he would say was my tooth was fine and yet it wasn’t. I went again for like the 4th time because I ended up getting an abscess on my gum where my tooth hurt and all of a sudden this man said I had to get a root canal it’s ridiculous!!! This guy worsens ppls teeth to have a bigger problem to get more money!!!! Please don’t come here. On top of that he’s rude,rushes everything and is aggressive when working on your teeth. Not coming here ever again!!!

I've been coming to Family Dental Center since I was a child, and now I'm 31. That alone says everything. The staff has always been kind, patient, and welcoming. They've taken care of me for years and I truly trust them.

HORRIBLE from beginning to end. would not recommend for ANYONE, if you already have to pay for procedures, might as well do some research and find a dental office who is caring and compassionate, also worthy of your time and money. too bad there isn't a negative star option.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because it’s the minimum required to post. I wish I had done more research before scheduling at Watsonville Family Dental Center. During my first appointment, I waited about 30 minutes in the patient room. When the dentist finally came in, he looked at my X-rays but didn’t address my main concern—my fillings. Instead, he mentioned submitting authorization for a root canal. That was fine, but nothing else was done that day besides a basic cleaning. I had to schedule another appointment just for my fillings. At my next visit, the dentist was incredibly aggressive. Even though he numbed me, I kept flinching and complaining from the pain, but he ignored it and just said I had deep fillings. I left in so much pain, and after the numbing wore off, it only got worse. It’s been almost two weeks, and my jaw and tooth are still painfully sensitive. I honestly feel like the filling wasn’t done properly and made things worse. To make matters worse, my husband had an appointment that same week. He had his cleaning and fillings done in one visit, but somehow, he was billed for additional services that weren’t even performed. I’ve tried contacting the dental office multiple times to inquire about these extra charges, but no one answers or returns my calls. And to top it off, when I went to my second appointment, they had me waiting in the patient room for a long time before telling me the dentist was stuck in traffic. Mind you, my appointment was at 8:30, I arrived at 8:15, and it wasn’t until 9:00 that they informed me he was still stuck in traffic. What a joke! This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would!!! I've been coming to this office for 10+ years and I have always loved the staff always friendly and that's what made me come back, not the DR because he's rude and doesn't create a relationship with patients, he only cares about making $ and going on to the next patient! Always on a rush! The new staff he has are all under-qualified dental assistants, he obviously hires anyone at this point!!!! And to top it all off I got a horrible cleaning the dental assistant got me soaked!!!!! I walked out with my shirt drenching in water! As if that wasn't bad enough I later get a bill from my insurance and states I owe them for stuff i didn't even get done!!! Never coming back here again even if I was dying in pain and this would be my last option, I'll rather pull my own dam teeth myself

I went to this dentist, thinking that since they taught dentistry, they would be an office to go to. Dr Sachdev spent many hours destroying my mouth over a period of 3 years. Told me couldn't make new implant overdenture Because he didn't have hardware and because of the bone grafts. But could take one of the 2 two bone grafted ones out. Couldn't do new ones otherwise. I went from 2 sturdy to almost 7 tiny nails that many of them have fallen out The number #1 rule of implant overdenture NEVER SLEEP WITH THEM IN! So I didn't, but since they were tiny "nails" they shredded my tongue to the point of I can't eat anything with any spice. Anything that touched my tongue burns like hot sauce. Even if it's a minuscule of any spice(not just hot) I ask him what I should do.... He said sleep with them in. He would also comment that he doesn't understand why my gums were deteriorating... All on the sets I was given were wrong, didn't have the correct number of teeth Wrong shape and so on.... He has been paid in full since 12/14/2021. $5,000 from me and rest was insurance. My previous ones I had were beautiful and I was just so happy. But this dentist tortured me with lies and I was always in pain. I have not been able to eat for the most part for 3 years now. I have a recording of a visit most of what you hear is me crying. Do not let him touch your mouth whatsoever!

How about his low income patients? Do they get the same service as the private or work insured?

Horrible place would not recommend, go anywhere else. Dentist rushes through his procedures that need and leaves your mouth in extreme pain for so long. My family has gone there for years and the mistreatment I’ve received from this place is phenomenal. Rudest receptionist they could have ever hired, unwilling to cooperate. Had to leave because of how way she treated my family, even when one of my kids was is terrible pain. Never coming back here again!! Choose another dentist for your family before you get mistreated. If you should trust any review it should be this one.

This man should not have a dental license. He started an exam on my husband's teeth without wearing gloves! Just his bare hands. Absolutely violates all infection control. I did see his assistants wearing dirty gloves and digging around in the drawers of supplies. They also insisted on taking xrays despite my husband having them done within the past year and being of perfect diagnostic quality. The office itself had so much advertising for botox and facial fillers, it's ridiculous. We could not leave fast enough and would never return.
