Bala Annadurai's Online Review Report Card

We recently moved to California and finding a new pcp was challenging task. Dr.Bala Annadurai is a wonderful physician with the utmost care and empathy for her patients. The way she listens to her patients problems carefully and comes to the correct diagnoses and treatment plan is commendable. The smile she gives on seeing her patients and the way she communicates actively with every patient is very comforting. Am very glad to have found the right pcp for me and my family. I highly recommend her if you need a doctor who truly is concerned about her patients overall health!

I did not get to see Dr. Annadurai. I attempted to schedule an appointment multiple times after my health insurance was verified via email. The automated prompts gave me a different number which I attempted to call this office 4X. Responding to their email within 10m to call them, someone picked up and shut me down saying I called during lunch. Second time someone picked up and hung up, and third went straight to voicemail. The fourth time the doctor(?) answered angrily saying this is their cell phone and to call their office, then hung up immediately

Doesn’t value patient, had experience with doc. Wouldn’t recommend anyone. Is there a option of no star for this doc?

All the adults in my family are now patients of Dr. Annadurai. I love the friendliness of her office. Dr. Annudurai has an eye for picking great and genuine staff. Go ahead and give her a chance! As a specialist, Dr. Annadurai made me feel very comfortable. While I am in good health, I am not getting younger. Dr. Annadurai has a focus on internal medicine and is uniquely qualified to accompany me on my personal journey as my primary physician. Thank you, doctor!

My family switched to Dr. Annadurai recently because our previous doctor retired. Dr. Annadurai's office was the friendliest medical office I have been to.We only went in for regular check ups, but Dr. Annadurai emailed me a day later when the results from the blood test became available. She seemed very diligent, capable, and caring to me.What really floored me was the happy attitude of her staff. It was like going to Trader Joe's. Dr. Annadurai and her assistants were genuinely friendly!I wish I had found her sooner.

its been many years since a dr called me at home ..........dr annadurai called me ..ya i have my medical problems but it shows alot about the kind of doctor she is ......one that actualy cares

If I could give zero stars I would!! I have been coming to Dr. Annadurai for years, and each time I go she has new staff members! As soon as I get to know them and trust them with all my personal information they disappear. I started to question why?? Needless to say I walked in for my appointment 2 weeks ago and noticed the way Dr. Annadurai was speaking to her staff. It was almost as if she was degrading them. I've never seen a being make such an ugly face towards another! I was shocked to see her raising her voice to the point where she was yelling at these poor girls! She clearly didn't see that I was waiting to be checked in because when she turned towards the front desk her whole demeanor changed, and she was suddenly this nice calm Dr. That all her patients know and love! Long story short I no Longer love her and will not be coming back for anymore appointments. I run a quilting business out of my home and I am so grateful for my staff, I would be lost without them! So listen here Dr. Annadurai you need to treat your staff with more respect or you'll end up running that office alone!!

I sought a video medical advice from Dr Bala Annadurai regarding my covid 19 symptoms on June 30, 2022 and categorically told me I had Covid 19 for which, she prescribed me anti viral pills, MOLNUPIRIVIR, to be taken immediately for 5 days. Prior to my visit, I tested negative for Covid 19 using antigen quick test. On the 3rd day of taking the said medication, the excruciating pain to my throat weaned off and am now on the mend. She is a literal family doctor to go to, even weekends, she advises and issues medical prescriptions. Excellent dictor and medical services. BTW, the result of my PCR Covid 19 result just arrived today after 4 days I was positive with Covid 19.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. And all this time I've been treated with empathy and care. My doctor is one of the best in Fremont that is why I've decided to keep going to her. She took care of me a couple times when I was in the hospital was very attentive and made the rounds to see me and take care of me. I can highly recommend her if you're considering somebody in the Fremont area.

I sought the medical advice of Dr Bala Annadurai over my deteriorating Covid 19 symptoms on June 30, 2022 and was categorically advised I was infected with Covid 19, for which, she prescribed me with anti viral pills to be taken immediately for 5 days. On June 27, I took an antigen quick Covid 19 test and tested NEGATIVE. On June 29, 2022, I took another Covid 19 test and this time it was a PCR and result is on pending. Today, July 3Rd my 6th day, the pain in my throat starts weaning off. Should I describe the pain feels like there is glass shards stuck in my throat. I'm on the mend now and thanks to Dr Annadurai whom I call for medical advice and prescriptions outside of clinic hours including weekends. Excellent doctor and she is a IIteral family doctor.BTW. I just got the result of my PCR Covid 19 test, it is positive.
