Bala Annadurai's Online Review Report Card

This office succeeds all my expectations! Front desk, Dr. Bala and medical assistants are great! They are very efficient and they are always one step ahead of everything. I cannot be more pleased with them! I would give 100 stars if possible!

Dr Bala Annadurai is great doctor I seen, in last 35 years.Office staffs is good too. All are very cooperative, prompt in phone calls ready to help.I wish her good wishes for the life.

Dr Bala is so experienced and one of the expert doctors I have ever seen. Last year my parents were on US visit (some local insurance which was of no much help) and my dad had health issues. Just with a visit and an x-ray she could conclude that it is Pneumonia. Dr talked on phone after visit, medicines ordered directly to pharmacy and I was amazed to see the results just in a week. Thank you Dr !Earlier I had a different insurance, but because of above experience, this year I moved to the insurance that Dr Bala accepts. The staff is nice, processes are all set up, assistants are good and overall it is the service that you always love to get ! Thank you.

I had been a patient of Dr. Annadurai from 2009 and 2018, when I moved out of the area. I have never rated her dedicated service, despite highly recommending her to friends in the past. Her attention and dedication to her patients is obvious. I choose her as my doctor after observing her sincere concern for one of her patient, in a hospital where we worked.She pays attention to the entire being.... physical and mental well-being matters. She will not hesitate to refer you to a specialist when there is a need. I am not a paid individual! However, as I reflect on my experiences with her over the years, making comparisons to the many doctors I have interacted with, personally and professionally, I feel compel to first thank Dr. Annadurai and then to let the world know as well.

Dr Bala is the most efficient and caring doctor I have met in California. Her front desk people and the current receptionist is super nice, though I was not happy with the other receptionist she had back on 2018 when I met her as a patient, but she is serious about her efficiency and changed the receptionist, the current front desk people are super nice, responsive and helpful. Bala and her team is very fast to take initiative and very responsive to take care of their patient.She also diagnosed me very well and figured out my problem and sent me to the right specialists each time I got sick. I am grateful to her. You can rely on her team and Dr Bala. Thanks so much all you did for me.

Dr. Bala Annadurai is the best! I'm very grateful and blessed to have her as my primary care physician.She is been my primary care physician for more than a decade. Whenever I visit her I feel very comfortable as I go visit my friend.  The quality care I receive makes me feel like family. Dr. listens to me, spends a quality time to understand my problems and discusses possible causes and treatments. Thanks for the great services and thanks to Dr. Bala Annadurai!

Bala Annadurai is excellent and very caring while treating her patients. Her amicable response and detailed treatment gives positive attitude to patient. I had very nice experience when she treated me,my family and friends. Infact,She had been very helpful to visitor insurers. I don't have enough words to thank her when she treated my Dad.Of course, her staff is very responsive and helpful.
