Dr. Annadurai is amazing! She is very professional, caring and helpful to get me in the right direction of being healthy and living well.  The staff is super nice. My experience here has been nothing but great. I've learned a lot about taking care of myself with Dr. Annadurai's help. Thank you Dr. Annadurai and your staff!

We called and took appointment and when we were their said appointment is not their and no records…Hopeless team

Worst doctor ever no joke. She is actually a waste of your time.

This review is only for front desk or receptionist. I wanted to go see this doctor cos I found good reviews about her on Yelp but ending up disappointment with the front desk. So couldn't make an appointment. The front desk ask me about "something" insurance which I never heard and hard to  understand with her impatience tone of voice when I called to make an appointment. However, she took my number down and gave me a call back. I believe it was different person from earlier when they called back. She asked what kind of insurance I have. I mentioned everything I saw on my insurance card. She said "no you have to call the number on your insurance card and ask them." I replied I called them already and the doctor is on my provider list. She is like " that's not how it works you have to call the insurance company and ask." So I couldn't make an appointment. Right after having calls with this clinic. I have to contact to other hospital to make an appointment with my same insurance card information that I know. And I could able to make an appointment smoothly. Found out that my insurance card is not a problem. I would like to suggest that the front desk, receptionist or authorized nurse should be more patient and qualified at this place.

This office succeeds all my expectations! Front desk, Dr. Bala and medical assistants are great! They are very efficient and they are always one step ahead of everything. I cannot be more pleased with them! I would give 100 stars if possible!

I had been a patient of Dr. Annadurai from 2009 and 2018, when I moved out of the area. I have never rated her dedicated service, despite highly recommending her to friends in the past. Her attention and dedication to her patients is obvious. I choose her as my doctor after observing her sincere concern for one of her patient, in a hospital where we worked.She pays attention to the entire being.... physical and mental well-being matters. She will not hesitate to refer you to a specialist when there is a need. I am not a paid individual! However, as I reflect on my experiences with her over the years, making comparisons to the many doctors I have interacted with, personally and professionally, I feel compel to first thank Dr. Annadurai and then to let the world know as well.

Dr Bala is the most efficient and caring doctor I have met in California. Her front desk people and the current receptionist is super nice, though I was not happy with the other receptionist she had back on 2018 when I met her as a patient, but she is serious about her efficiency and changed the receptionist, the current front desk people are super nice, responsive and helpful. Bala and her team is very fast to take initiative and very responsive to take care of their patient.She also diagnosed me very well and figured out my problem and sent me to the right specialists each time I got sick. I am grateful to her. You can rely on her team and Dr Bala. Thanks so much all you did for me.

Dr Bala is so experienced and one of the expert doctors I have ever seen. Last year my parents were on US visit (some local insurance which was of no much help) and my dad had health issues. Just with a visit and an x-ray she could conclude that it is Pneumonia. Dr talked on phone after visit, medicines ordered directly to pharmacy and I was amazed to see the results just in a week. Thank you Dr !Earlier I had a different insurance, but because of above experience, this year I moved to the insurance that Dr Bala accepts. The staff is nice, processes are all set up, assistants are good and overall it is the service that you always love to get ! Thank you.

Dr Bala Annadurai is great doctor I seen, in last 35 years.Office staffs is good too. All are very cooperative, prompt in phone calls ready to help.I wish her good wishes for the life.

I've been a patient of Dr Annadurai since 2009 she is just getting better with time as she takes EXCELLENT care of me. She is thorough in her examinations and made sure I was vaccinated in a timely fashion.  She is caring, compassionate, friendly and professional. I'm so thankful she is my doctor and friend who's taking care of me as I grow into my twilight years. Dr Annadurai has taken care of my entire family. There's not a long waiting time for an appointment nor to be seen once you enter her office.  She has the most professional and experienced staff who welcomes you with bright eyes since that's all we see due to COVID-19.  Are you looking for a Primary Care Physician?
