Bruce Heck's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Bruce Heck is very personable with a great bedside manor. He has a broad experience base and takes his time answering any questions you may have. I would recommend Dr. Bruce Heck to anyone. He is gifted surgeon

I went in due to a shoulder problem ( frozen shoulder) and we were discussing how my family physician at the time dismissed a symptom as just getting old. Dr. Bruce did an MRI on my brain and discovered I had a tumor. He wanted to have his finding verified and sent me to a Neurologist in a bigger city. He didn't need to go beyond what I was in there for but he listened and followed up for me and I now go to a neurologist 2X a year at OSU to watch the tumor's growth. He saved my life for sure and helped me find a good family physician that listens and cares.

I am extremely disappointed by the negative reviews posted for Dr. Heck and hope the few bad apples do not discourage people from going to the best Dr. around. There are a lot of unanswered questions to the negative reviews. I often find that people who have negative things to say about their Dr. has nothing to do with the doctor, especially Dr. Heck. Many of these patients do not follow the advise of the Dr. and when then want to blame them for their negligence in following doctors orders or negative outcome. Dr. Heck treats each and every patient as if they was a member of his own family and only wants the best for each and every one of his patients. He does not look at his patients as a dollar sign unlike many doctors that are practicing today. Do yourself a favor and ignore the negative reviews and concentrate on the many 5 star ratings and the happy patients he has that are so thankful to have him as their Dr.

I saw Dr. Heck a few times out of the 5 times I had to go there and this was the worst place and worst Doctor out of four places and six Doctors I've been to.

I waited 2 hours to see this doctor and didn't even see him. I saw his NP who was only in the room for 6 minutes tops. Everyone at this practice seems more concerned about getting my money than providing care. It's like a people mill.

Bruce did an excellent job on my rotator cuff surgery. Prior to my surgery he was very informative.. The scar is minimal

Dr Heck takes the time to listen to what is going on, he finds out what is going on and explains all your options. He takes as long as you need to talk to help you understand. He addresses any concerns you have. I would recommend him to anyone I know that needs an orthopedic dr. He is interested in doing what is best for you. I had to have rotator cuff surgery and Dr. Heck is the one doctor I trusted most to do it. He is an outstanding surgeon

I have worked with Dr Heck several years with a focus on work related injuries. Dr Heck has demonstrated a unique ability to problem solve, provide world class care, while understanding the needs of employees to return to work. Dr. Heck's willingness to make himself available 24/7 harkens to a time when physicians put their patient before themselves. He is the only physician in the medical community in Findlay Ohio willing to visit my plant to understand the needs of the employee.
