Comprehensive Psychiatric Services's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this service. After starting a new medication I was having a mental health crisis and I called them three times in one week (during regular business hours) to try and get in touch with my psychiatrist. I never received a call back. I ended up having to go to the ER to get an emergency medication switch as the one I had was causing me to have very extreme thoughts. Then, once after going to the ER I got through to them to book an earlier appointment with my psychiatrist so we could discuss next steps. He never showed up to the appointment and I called the service after 30 minutes of waiting on the call, only for them to offer to rebook me without explaining what had happened. I think the major frustration here is that you can never get in touch with your psychiatrist directly, only a customer service line that is extremely unhelpful.

Pretty horrendous policy of ghosting customers as soon as you aren't a high value billable target for them. Filled out a lengthy intake form and was told someone would call me back soon to schedule my evaluation. Two weeks go by and no response, so I call back and was finally told that the doctor I requested didn't provide the services I wanted. I asked why I wasn't notified and why I wasn't given any other options for doctors who did provide the service, the response was my insurance didn't cover the doctors that did provide the service.

This organization was the worst to deal with. They're great at making an appointment but good luck asking them to do anything else. I was continually asking for the office to provide me with a fax number my health insurance could fax documents for my psychiatrist to sign. They finally gave me a fax number but no response. I asked for call backs, no response. The patient portal is a joke. You post messages, no response. The psychiatrist was no better at giving me his office's fax number or at filling out the paperwork needed in order for me to get my medication. He kept saying that he didn't have the time. Billing was a joke. All in all, the level of care gets an F. I happily left this group and went to a different place and received my medication within 24 hours. It took over 2 and a half months for my requests to fall in deaf ears. Don't use this group.

Impossible to get in touch with my doctor there. Left multiple messages on the patient portals, left a message to an employee to share with the doctor: no answers anywhere and it's been months. Not a serious place.

Liars and thieves. The doctor said he accepted my insurance when he did not, in fact, take my insurance. I was then billed for all 3 sessions before the doctor basically said "oops, I thought I took your insurance, but I don't" I was then billed SIX MONTHS LATER for an "establish patient"! SIX MONTHS! Total scam. Look elsewhere.

I haven't even been to the office!!! I'm giving them 1 star because I can't get them to respond. I've tried multiple times to reach them with no luck. Nobody ever answers the phone, which then goes to voicemail, which is full. The emails go unanswered. Online it says they are accepting new patients, but again, there is no way to get a hold of anyone. This place must be a sham if they aren't even making sure their voicemail is available. Don't waste your time.

I would give it zero stars if I could. SHAHBAZ KHAN was rude. Don't waste your time and money here. The only reason I went here because it was covered by my insurance. End up still having to pay a little over 1k. Didn't care for anything I had to say. I did not like the vibes at all.

DON'T DO IT!! This company is a SCAM!! A FRAUD!! These people filed several false insurance claims A YEAR late then RUINED my credit with collections. I called and called, talked to the collections agency, had insurance send proof, and months later and the issue is not resolved. Buyer beware, whatever problems you are having will be multiplied if you work with this company. Susan Ditter is a good doctor, but nothing is worth almost loosing my house because of their deceitful and illegal billing practices. This company finds people that were at a weak point in life and then uses that to scam.

I do not recommend SHAHBAZ KHAN M.D. I was referred to Dr. Kahn by my primary car physician. I was having some sleep issues I need some help with. Immediately, having seen me for less than 30 minutes he tried to prescribe new, heavy duty antipsychotic drugs. He then went on to accuse me of taking drugs I was not taking. When I went in and proved this to him I told him I could not see him any more as he had lost my trust. Now he is back billing me for two visits that should have been charged to my insurance but due to the delay in submitting them he now wants me to pay $600. This guy is a piece of work. There are other good doctors out there. I suggest you locate one.

This doesn't reflect Dr. Nezami but it does to the front desk. It's mind boggling that someone as unprofessional as the front desk person still has a job in the psychiatry field, in this day and age. It does reflect the establishment on how caring they are about their business and patients.
