Providers and Staff at this Medical Center are very friendly and professional. They take their time to understand your personal needs and tailor your treatment as such. They take their time to remember personal details and I always leave feeling better than I arrived.

This is incredible! I have been having neck pain, back pain after a car incident for a long time. I tried several doctors and no signs of healing in a correct way. I was referred by my coworker to Dr. Shen. She was so detail oriented! On my first visit, she checked my body from head to toes! The care she provided is above and beyond! I am feeling much better even after the 2nd treatment. Not only the pains got controlled but I feel more energized and refreshed. My digest and breath has been getting better too!The front desk crews are very nice, friendly, efficient and accurate too!! They can manage schedules. (Guess what is the chance a doctor's office can miss-spelled your name, forgotten to notice you a cancellation or even bill you by mistake? These happened to me to all hospitals in Bay Area, sorry! I have to highlight this because it does feel terrible when a Doctor's office make mistakes like that and you had no choice but pray that they won't make mistakes to your body... ) But the folks at Dr. Shen's crews have never made any mistakes and they were so professional and everybody can remember your name and say it right!!! Even the assistants who remove needles for you are so gentle and nice. I will keep seeing her office and I have 100% trust to them.

I have chronic pain and was recommended to see an acupuncturist to help with that. I've been getting acupuncture and cupping done for probably a year now and the service is amazing. They are all polite and helpful. One thing i appreciate too is they have a call button they leave with you during your treatment in case you need help or something.

I recommend Dr. Teresa Shen because she has helped me with two major health issues that western medicine could not help me with. My two two major health issues:1.) Herniated Disc2.) Dupuytren's Contracture According to my western medicine doctor both of these issues can only be resolved by surgery. The day I had my herniated disc consultation with Dr. Shen where I could barely walk to her clinic from my car. After my first treatment that was effective, I was skipping from her clinic and into the parking lot. After weeks of pain I couldn't believe it. The second issue that Dr. Shen helped me with is my Dupuytren's Contracture and according to my western medicine doctor again my case was severe and needed surgery. This was not true because after only 2 acupuncture treatments with Dr. Shen, the size of my Dupuytren's Contracture on my right hand was reduced by 30% and the mobility of opening and closing my fingers have more range than prior to the acupuncture. I'm still amazed because I needed no medicine and no surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Teresa Shen for being thorough and giving us the results we needed for our health. And especially to those who have cases where western medicine may not be able to help you, I highly suggest reaching out Dr. Shen's clinic in order to expand their health solutions!

I am so grateful for finding Dr Shen and her crew at Eastern Medical Center. I was looking for an Acupunturist (who is in a family that have practiced acupuncture) who could also do cranio sacral therapy and muscle release therapy. I was hit by a car when I was child, and now am suffering physically. I've gone a for a few sessions so far and I feel better. I am looking forward to more sessions with her. I almost fell asleep in one session because I felt so relaxed. I hope with continued therapy I will feel alive again.

Dr Shen is the BEST!! She helped my son with removing some of his swelling and ailments with his chronic kidney illness. We'll be back again to get more treatments!

I have been receiving Accupuncture Treatment by Dr. Teresa Shen for last about 1 year. I am convinced that she is the best doctor and has in depth knowledge for Accupuncture Treatment. Dr Shen and her team at Eastern Medical Center in Fremont are second to none. From my first interaction with them I knew I was in great hands. They’re polite, friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I’m so happy I decided to give acupuncture a try as I’ve never felt as good as I do now.
