Been tryin got contact primary and no one answers. Left VM and no one calls back. Can’t walk in due to work schedule. Worst VA I have ever tried to contact. All the other places will actually pick up there phones.

I have had very good results the four times I have been there everyone friendly even telling you bye and have a good day. I always go on Thursday

l call my prescriptions in ten days before due and evreything was fine for a few months. but now for three months in a row they have been late averaging 5 days late.Today makes six days late and i"ve been calling them daily more than five times with no results, so in the mean time I sit here suffering in pain and dont want to leave the house and miss the ups driver who delivers the medication i need , I"m so frustrated !

I came in trying to fix my back/shoulder, came out with more injuries.... They were more concerned about me checking some box saying I had a sad feeling once in my life than my winging scapula... After an x ray with no follow up and a visit to the head doctor where they beat around the bush trying to figure out if I had PTSD, I ended up driving home in pain cursing bureaucracies. Oh and the new injury I referenced was from me punching my steering wheel. At least the ppl at the front desk were chill and relaxed, must not have a lot to do.

Don't come here. F this place. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent and uncaring staff. Security guard is poorly trained and the front desk staff suck. What a letdown.

As far as VA Clinics go, this is one of the best. With that said, my doctor is always late for each appointment. I'm actually in the waiting room now because I was told to get bloodwork done. After signing in, waiting, and getting screened, turns out the lab order was never submitted. I understand the doctors here are undermanned, but this poor quality consistency must change!

There's. A clerk with a smart mouth and sharp attitude. Otherwise doctor is great. Can't stand that lady as she says she don't have to help you or answer phones if she don't want to. So why is VA paying her?
