The staff is very friendly and they treat you like family. The rooms were very comfortable and private. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

From the very first phone call that I made to this center I felt that this was the center for my Dad The receptionist was warm and welcoming . Everyone in this center is compassionate and very accommodating . The center is very relaxing and beautifully decorated. Jeanie is the one that I usually talk to and she makes me feel very comfortable. Although having an Infusion isnt an appointment that many look forward to when you have it done here the process is pleasant because of the people that are treating you with TLC .

This most recent visit my Mom accompanied my Dad to his appointment. It was as it always is a very relaxing and pleasant experience. The staff are amazing They set the tone for a calm and positive experience. They are professional kind and gentle . I’ve accompanied him a few times to his infusions and it’s always been a great experience. As many know it can be stressful dealing with an illness and how medical professionals interact with us is very important in supporting the illness . The team at IVX in Fremont are wonderful

IVX Health is the best I had my infusions at the hospital before coming here and was a little nervous but my MD recommended them so I figured I didn’t need to be nervous. IVX is great Professional and friendly staff a clean and quiet environment make it a pleasure to get treatment there. The Fremont location was new to me and I really liked it. Same great service and layout a comfortable private room for your stay easy access and in a nice area super similar to the experience I had at their San Mateo location. I’ve been really pleased with IVX health in the SF Bay Area. Grateful for them. Also their insurance billing is very efficient and on top of things for handling the necessary steps Eg if your insurance requires preauth. I have only good feedback about this facility. Thanks
