Upon first meeting Dr. Li he is a friendly physician & began with what he deciphered from my current testing. He was well informed of my condition & suggested what I should proceed with regarding medical tests. He had his surgical nurse work on setting up my necessary appointments & his office called back later in the same day with the appointments. Impressed with him & his office staff. Thank you.

All interactions with my doctor were very pleasant and informative. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. However, when I emailed pre-op questions I received a reply from a nurse practitioner that I would have to make an appointment to have questions answered. I replied that I shouldn’t have to pay for another appointment to get the three questions I had spelled out explicitly in my original email answered and that he could take the time the day of the surgery to answer them prior to starting the surgery. I was pissed. So, Dr. Li gets 10 out of 10, but either the nurse practitioner or Promedica’s rules for answering pre-op questions was an epic fail and should be changed.
