Dr. Hiestand has been our family doctor for 15 years. He is thorough, treats paitents with respect, is not a pill pusher. His staff and nurse are very helpful, friendly, but professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good family physician. His also has a good "bedside" manner and takes time with a paitent in an effort to make sure he understands the issues on your mind. He is also willing to answer questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hiestand for as long as I can remember. I had a scare back when my daughter was only three months old and didn’t realize Dr. Hiestand was a pediatrician as well, him and his staff got us in right away and my daughter got better. I am surprised to see a negative review as like I said I’ve been going here as long as I can remember and my daughter now 9 has been too. The staff is always friendly and helpful! When ever I’m feeling under the weather they get me in right away!!

If I could rate them a zero I would. The office staff is unprofessional. They do not care about their patients. This Dr. has been my Dr and my children’s as well for 25 years. I suffer fro fibromyalgia and was in severe pain and in an extreme flare for over a year. Instead of the dr and his staff educating themselves on this disease they did nothing to help me!! It is clear the dr doesn’t care and hasn’t for many years. Lazy doctor. Lazy staff.
