Khalid Baig's Online Review Report Card

Dr Baig is a good doctor but the staff is horrible!On March 2021 had an office visit to get regular yearly blood work for preventative care. I called the office who said they accepted my insurance. My insurance pays for all preventative care items provided the billing codes are correct. I was very specific about this to the staff prior coming in on March. It’s Aug 25 2021, called the office more than six or seven times. Right now they just hanged up on me. I have a bill over $400 that is unresolved. Part of it was from the lab work that was done, the wrong codes where used. My insurance had given sufficient information to me which sounds that would easily resolve the issues. However it sounds like the provider or the staff at Dr Baig’s office have not even called my insurance provider to figure out how they want the billing to be done. They are rather doing it and what they typically do. This is unacceptable, Baig’s office should communicate to the provider and do what is needed. Rather than asking the patient to figure out what to do. It’s up to his office to deal with the insurance and they just don’t care given I have asked to do this since June and I have called more than 3 times.Now I have been going to Baig since 2010 and I have not had any issues like this because Insurance always paid all the bills and I only paid my co-pay.The office staff have been totally appalling. Tell me they will call back and get the issue addressed but they never do. I have e-mailed them and again no response after three weeks. My March visit was double charged. I paid on the day I saw the doctor, in full for the visit. I check my EOB from my insurance I see a ~$400 Bill for that doctor visit with the wrong billing codes and so the insurance will not pay it and insurance will have me pay it, so double charges. There is also the blood work charge of about $247 which they have not addressed with their incorrect codes. If they can only call the insurance company then perhaps these items can be addressed.

I like this Dr, I really do.Yet it's always a wait to see him. A several hours wait. BUT... when you do finally see him YOU and you alone are his focus. This man, this Dr, gives everyone the same time. You're not rushed. All of your concerns are addressed in the office visit. You leave having covered everything.I know for a fact Dr. Baig isn't spending ANY time on the links. He's at the hospital waaa-aay past midnight, EVERY NIGHT, making sure his patients are comfortable and getting better. He's there before coming to the office and at lunchtime too. Always working.This Dr takes his mission as a physician to heart. He literally protects his 'flock' FOR LIFE.I've said before that this is the price for a quality physician in this area, and I stand by it.Because a drunk almost killed me (oh so long ago) I have the time. And because this Dr saved my life a decade ago, (pneumonia) I'm not going anywhere. I truly feel lucky to have found this guy bc he's that gifted.This is the invisible price for a truly good and incredibly knowledgeable and skilled physician who cares about every single one of his patients.You want an incredibly GOOD Dr?Then see this good man.

I have been only twice to this place and both times I had to wait more than an hour. Second time it took 90 mins and I simply walked out. If you have time to kill, you may try this place.

I recommend DR Khalid Baig he is best.. he's ver kind respectful. He listen to you ..he takes care of you ..

He is very friendly and treats his patients with respect, listens attentively and makes inquires in a comprehensive manner to come up with a most suitable and efficacious treatment for his patients.

The procedures at Dr. Baig's office to accept a new patient seem nothing less than scandolous. They refuse to accept any information prior to the visit on insurance or patient history. When you go in, they let you know that they don't accept your insurance type. There's zero apologies instead a get out of here if you don't want to pay up attitude. I wouldn't recommend anyone going through this ordeal. I'd give zero stars for the front desk if possible.
