I’ve had nothing but the best customer service both from Dr Reynolds and his staff. Dr Reynolds is professional and very patient. I really appreciated that, he went over my surgery and what was gonna be done and after the surgery again with actual pictures taken from my actual surgery. Answered every annoying question I had with a smile. I’ve had three surgeries prior to this one and this by far has been my best experience yet!

Dr. Reynolds was super knowledgeable and friendly. Understood my issues immediately and has set me on a course for treatment. Great level of EQ and IQ combined for a nice patient experience. Office staff friendly, attentive and punctual. All over a good medical experience.

Dr. Reynolds explains clearly each situation and can advise the best way to follow to solve an issue. He explains also to a patient all the possible options leaving a surgery as last resource to solve a problem.

The whole experience with Dr. Reynolds was great from pre surgery discussions and going over different options, all the way up to and during the procedure itself. Dr. Reynolds cares about his patients and it shows. You’re not just another number, he cares and wants to get your body right and have you come back better than you were before. Also the staff at SVO was amazing in dealing with all the short term disability paperwork that needed to be handled. Would recommend that anyone who is looking for an orthopedic surgeon reaches out to Dr. Reynolds for his opinion.
