Excellent Doctor and staff. The reflection of organizational culture.

What differentiates an outstanding doctor from just a doctor with a certificate (that all of them supposed to have) are things not tested in exams but in real  interactions. Those are; the doctor 1. who genuinely cares for his/her patients and it shows in the interactions, 2. the doctor who patiently listens to the patient, eventhough some patients and in this case a 90 years old mother of mine can divert the conversations far from the main topic, but the doctor remembers the original subject and politely brings patient back to the main subject 3. the doctor who displays excellent systematic problem solving skills and 4. offers solutions that are in the best interest or the patient (not just start writing prescriptions before the patient has stopped fully explaining). So when my wife (a former nurse)who had taken my mother to Dr. Neha about a year and half ago and a few times since then, she had told me that she is a very good doctor. I am glad that I personally got to witness this when we took our mother to Dr. Neha last week. She is genuinely a good person who cares for her patients, listens and recommends good solutions. It was a great experience for me who likes to observe people wrt their customer orientation, problem solving skills and attitudes.As legendary coach Lou Holtz said " Ability is what you're capable of doing. Scheduling an appointment is really easy. Her staff is very helpful and they are always good about getting in contact with me about any issues or concerns if I have any. The online profile for my MedChart thing makes things very transparent and the site is fairly easy to navigate. Total wait time is next to nothing. As soon as I get there for my appointment I'm always in the exam room pretty quickly after that. Dr. Anand is never far behind.

Dr. Anand is a great doctor. She is professional, understanding and is genuinely interested in her patients. She has been our primary care physician for some time now are we are glad we chose her. She is on time for her appointments, knowledgeable of all the health issues, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the appointment.

Went to her for regular physical examination. She ordered some tests that are non preventative. I checked with her if all the tests she ordered are preventative and she said yes. But some of the tests are not preventative and I was billed for them.
