Dr. Sandhu is intelligent, kind and competent on the services she offers. Her office is clean and well appointed. The front office staff is kind and efficient. My procedure went well, she explained the process and realistic outcomes. She also made a plan to help me achieve the results I'm seeking which include a manageable timetable.

I trust Dr. Sandhu. She does a wonderful job with my annual Botox treatments. I'd give them 5 stars if:1. The office environment was nicer. Not a "spa" feel...at all! It feels like a very old, rarely used medical office. The bathroom wasn't clean. There were dirty wheelchairs and walkers by the toilet.2. They sent 9 text messages confirming my appointment in two weeks. They kept coming even after I replied, yes I'd be there. The doctor and staff seemed aloof to the inconvenience when I mentioned how excessive the texts were.

Dr. Sandhu and her staff are actively interested in me as a person. I'm just there for Botox, but they treat the whole person. Treatment results have always been excellent.

I've seen countless doctors for numerous health reasons and Dr Sandhu is a standout diamond in the rough terrain of this field. She is the only doctor I've seen that is truly authentic and genuine, not thinking about her business bottom line $ above me. She is honest with me about her own treatments, even showing me her results. She treats me like family, as a person she cares about. She respects my own neurological research, medical history, and naturopathic needs - telling me honestly what products and devices she has that fit my own health parameters and which don't. She's warm, patient, doesn't push, doesn't sell, and even asks more than once if I have anything else I want to consult her about. Other doctors dismiss my needs and and falsely state why I should use the products they want to sell me, ignoring the science. Dr Sandhu also tries to help financially and make the process affordable. Agree that she is beautiful inside and out!

I love coming here, not only for beauty! Everyone here is very kind & accommodating, just a genuine warm & welcoming feeling. Dr Surinder Sandhu is a lovely lady. She makes sure your comfortable & is gentle with injecting. This place is a keeper, not going anywhere else for beauty!
