Great experience. Did a great job on my stitches and a good job on the complicated aftermath.

I had right hand carpal túnel surgery with Dr Kilaru and loved how attentive, professional he is. He had great bed side maner and my hand healed wonderfully. No more pain! You can hardly see scar.

I had a surgery scheduled that I had been waiting for for months. Was so excited to finally feel comfortable in my own skin, but he canceled my appointment less than a week before and moved it ONE MONTH. I moved so much around and was so happy to go back to school but now I feel the opposite. Don’t come here.

i never met the doctor, but i think he is highly qualified according to my family Doctor; Dr Surjeet Mahal ( she is one of the best Doctors in town, her expertise and Manners are beyond words of description). i have a big complain about a one of the customer Service ladies at Dr. Kilaru's office, her Name is DELILAH, she is very rude, no manners, she never listened to my question, she wanted to talk and never gave me a chance to explain my problem, she raises her voice in my face , she HANG up the line twice in my face. This personality is not qualified to be in Doctors offices or a customer service. She claimed that she is a manager, she lied. She is not friendly, people will never book visits with this respected Doctor because of her.

Went in for a free consultation and I was billed. Took a headache to clear it. Since noone will help me but one girl.

Dr. Kilaru and his staff have exceeded my expectations at every possible turn. When I initially called to try to schedule an examination and possible surgery, I was a little distraught. Without going into detail, I had a severe hand/finger injury and there was a time limit within which surgery needed to take place - what I had discovered was, Christmas - New Year's is not a great time not get hurt, as many surgeons and doctors are on vacation. His staff member (wish I remembered her name) told me that while Dr. Kilaru was also on vacation, she gave me a timeline for his return and booked me nearly as soon as he was back, more importantly, she took my concerns about my surgery timeline seriously and held a surgery slot for the day after my assessment with Dr. Kilaru - which finally put me at ease about whether things could be done in time. When it came time for the assessment, Dr. Kilaru's whole staff continued to impress. They were efficient, explained things clearly, went out of their way to make things easier for me. They were also friendly, funny, and relatable - they had a way of reassuring you that you were in good hands. For as busy as he must be, Dr Kilaru never gives you the impression he is rushing things when it comes to his patients and staff, they are such a cohesive team they don't have to rush. I am not a medical professional, but it seems as though he clearly know what he is doing. He does a wonderful job of breaking down everything for you: he patiently answers questions, anticipates concerns, explains clearly in as much detail as you want or need everything that has happened to you so far (in my case the extent of my injury) and everything that will happen with your procedure and follow up care. He gives you confidence in him having the procedure and follow up under complete control, but instills in you that up to 50% of your outcome will be determined by your ability to follow care instructions and when called for, the instructions of your physical therapist. In summary, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kilaru.

Dr. Kilaru is a phenomenal surgeon. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and personable. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Kilaru has been phenomenal. He has always been professional and kind. With his skill and expertise, he gave me my body back. I will always be grateful to him. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of reconstructive &/or cosmetic surgery.

Very personable, knowledable, and will answer all your questions. Very patient, easy demeanor. Easy to talk to and always tells you the truth of any procedure. Recommend. His office staff and assistants are the best.
