I have say this was my first visit with Dr. Snpall be she made me feel comfortable and seem very knowledgeable.

Such an amazing doctor! Especially since my last visit to a dermatologist in Canada was the most awful experience ever, Dr. Schpall was very personable, listened to my issues and answered them (with diagrams) professionally. Absolutely will recommend!

Dr Shpall is an excellent doctor. Very enthusiastic about her work and concerned for her patient's health, she is very thorough and is always ready to answer all your questions. Probably the best dermatologist I've ever had. Highly recommend her services.

Stay away from her clinic. They charge heavily for some basic consultation. There are better dermatologists in Bay Area who charge half of what she charges. Her diagnosis skills are horrible to say the least and she seems to be in a more skeptical mood than most of her patients.

I informed Rebecca I had a very important event the very next day and asked if she can deal with "my problem" in the least intrusive manner possible. She seemed very confident after our meeting. Her diagnosis was that it was nothing more than a big pimple. I, on the other hand, had my doubts. But she was the Dermatologist, a MD, so what do I know. She made a cut near my lip line and proceeded to squeeze. After several attempts with no success, I started to sense that egotistic-confidence of hers started to fizzle.  Of course, she didn't want to give up then..because that would mean she was wrong about it being "just a pimple".  She decided she wanted to administer anesthesia to the area and continued to squeeze, this time applying much more force and lots of pressure.  End result: NOTHING! but a bloody aftermath and an inflamed painful bump looking 10x worse than prior to the visit. And tell me how in the world was this in any way dealing with my problem in the least intrusive manner possible?!!!!Rebecca FINALLY suggested it was in my best interest that I make an appointment with one of their plastic surgeon.  Really? After all that? Her assistant decided to chime in as well and shared the time she went to Vegas with a pink eye or some type of eye infection. HA! It's gotta be the worst attempt in trying to make me feel better. What's worse is they never apologized. All they cared about was trying to coverup the fact that they messed up and ruined my face. I left the office feeling upset, lost and confused.  Incidents like this make me wonder how one can call themselves a specialist.  If this is your profession, and you want to charge your patients $$$, it is YOUR duty to make a proper diagnosis. I give it up to you that you went to school and got your MD, but that does not allow you to manipulate my trust. See pictures for the progression.

Dr. Schapall is the best.  She really cares - she doesn't just sit there typing on the computer - she actually listens to you and talks with you.  If she can't take care of your ailment she gets you to the doctor who can.  And then she follows up to make sure whatever needed to happen has happened!  She gives you time and doesn't rush in and out.  Her whole team is good - friendly and knowledgeable.  I highly recommend  going to see Dr. Schapall

My first visit to see Dr. Shpall and I was so happy my daughter found her on the internet. Dr Shpall was very attentive and took care of my skin problem on my back.  She made me feel like she cared and her office staff were all so friendly and professional.  I will be coming back to see her for any dermatology problems that may come up in the future, she is very knowledgable and I didn't feel any pain at all and went home with 2 stitches. Thank you Dr. Shpall !
