Updating: he missed a fibroid for 4 years. Thanks to his missing it I had to have a hysterectomy. I told him about the pain, he touched the spot internally, and said I needed to stretch. My new doctor found it immediately! Surgery was booked within 3 weeks bc all medical personnel were scared about how big it had grown. Love a doctor who thinks outside of the box. Dr. Kramer was able to help me with an issue outside of my yearly visit. He's kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. Highly recommend!

I just came from my first appointment with Dr. Kramer, and he is amazing! He was really welcoming and from the start, I felt comfortable. The appointment did not feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. This has been the most positive experience I have ever had at a doctor's appointment! I am really glad to have a doctor like Dr. Kramer and I look forward to future appointments with him!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Kramer today and I absolutely love him, he is very gentle and took an hour with my husband and I to go over all the problems I was having and he was just amazing about everything!! We both felt so blessed, safe and secure having him take care of me and he is the only doctor I want from here on out! His staff is just as incredible and they are great about getting you an appointment quickly! Thanks again Dr. Kramer and staff, your group is the BEST!!

Friendly and personable and goes above and beyond for his patients. You can tell he cares and values your well being as a patient and as a person. Highly recommend!

I have been Doctor's Kramer paitent for a few years now. I had a great experience at any appointment with him, even with my Iud i was not expecting such easy and almost painless prosedure at all, if you really afraid to do it i highly recoment you to go with him , so you will be in great hands.

Dr. Scott Kramer is an amazing gynecologist. I had been having prolonged issues with heavier and longer periods, but my previous two OBGYNs didn't seem to want to dig deeper into the issue. I was constantly told "we'll just monitor it." I was taught to trust my doctors so I naively obliged every time. Finally went to see Dr. Kramer after my endocrinologist told me my anemia was probably due to my heavy periods. I repeated the same story to him as I did my previous OBGYNs and he was the only one who understood I wasn't happy. I doubt anyone who bleeds excessively would be thrilled. lol He did an ultrasound in office and saw some fibroids. We then scheduled a myomectomy to get those cleared out. The following few months involved me going in and out of the ER for excessive bleeding, a DVT in my right leg, needing three blood transfusions, and three iron infusions. Once my blood levels were at a safe level we were finally able to do the myometcomy. Surgery was painless and I went home the same day as he sent my results to the lab. A week later on April 15, 2021, I went back to his office where he told me I had endometrial cancer. It was stage 3c1. I was 34 years old at the time of diagnosis. I had no risk factors, but genetic testing showed it was due to Lynch Syndrome from my mother's side. I had a full hysterectomy, port placement, and 6 rounds of chemo. It's been a tough journey, but I'm happy to say I'm currently NED! If I hadn't gone Dr. Kramer, I don't think my previous gynecologists would have caught it in time. For any ladies that need an amazing gynecologist that will actually listen to you, Dr. Kramer is the one. Hands down. Thank you for saving my life, Dr. Kramer. 🧡

Doctor Kramer is a high-level professional, amazing doctor. Dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor.

I called the office last week and no one picked up the phone. Left a voicemail and no one has called back. As the other reviewers have mentioned, the doctor may be great but the front office staff isn't. Quite disappointed, will look for another doctor.

As the previous review by Ashley mentioned, the front desk is a COMPLETE mess. I have been to Dr. Kramer before and he is such a sweetheart who has amazing bedside manners and always makes you feel comfortable. However, my experience this time was far from pleasant. I came in for an annual exam/pap smear which went fine and Dr. Kramer told me that I could leave immediately after. When I went to front desk after the annual exam, the woman handed me some paperwork and told me to go sit on the yellow chair. I was confused because the doctor told me I could leave so I asked the woman what this was and why I'm being made to wait to which her response was "Just go sit in the yellow chair" and so I did. After a few minutes, another lady came to me and asked me to come inside a room and was about to take my blood to which I did not consent at all so I left that room. At this point, I was extremely confused and uncomfortable and went to the front desk and asked another lady as to why I'm being made to take a blood test. I wait for some time until Dr. Kramer comes to the front desk and tells me that the woman at the front desk assumed/thought I wanted a blood test. Now I'm not sure where this assumption comes from because I never said I wanted a blood test. So now we have the front desk just assuming and pushing you towards tests that you don't want? Anyways, I left pretty infuriated but decided to forget about it because Dr. Kramer isn't necessarily at fault. After I got home, I was supposed to receive my Pap smear result however it been been over 3 weeks and I hadn't received a phone call or email about my results so I decided to call them. Of course they didn't answer the phone (as usual) but the woman at the front desk called back and told me that my Pap smear was abnormal. First of all, if it was abnormal why hadn't they bothered to tell me earlier, I had to call them first to even get my results. When I asked what exactly was abnormal, she told me she didn't know and said that I needed to schedule a colposcopy. I'm not sure what kind of medical office just tells a patient that something is abnormal in their test without giving them details or even sending them the actual results. Talk about making patient anxious for no reason. I told the woman I wasn't going to schedule colposcopy without speaking to Dr. Kramer first and ended the call. That same day, I sent them a message/ appointment request so I could speak to Dr. Kramer or for them to send me my results and it has been a week since I did that and I've received no response. I will not be scheduling a colposcopy without even seeing my results, the front desk should have enough common sense to know that. This is was an extremely difficult experience and I will not be coming back to a place that just assumes you want a test or doesn't even bother to let you know your results. In conclusion, this place is technologically behind and has an incompetent front desk staff. This is not how any patient wants to be treated.

Breaks my heart to write this one, but I'm not sure I've ever been this frustrated with a doctors office, or ever left a doctors office and flat out told them to take my information out of their systems. I needed a new gyn since my previous gyn left her practice. Dr. Kramer himself is great. He was very personable, informative, and seemed to listen and take full body issues into account. Everything else.... is impossible to deal with. I tried to make an appointment through the website and that didn't work. I tried calling, and nobody ever answers the phone. I left messages, and didn't get a response back for a week or maybe 10 days. Finally got the appointment made, but that process already left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The office has a long way to go to be desirable. It's very dated and beat up. And it's a little chaotic and odd. I think there are multiple doctors in this practice, so there is just a lot going on when you go in, and it's not all gyn related. So, get scheduled for a follow up exam that included a specialty scan. The scan required dietary restriction for the day, which I conveniently didn't know about because I never got the paper with the directions telling me this. Realizing I was outside of the protocol for the scan, I tried to call multiple times throughout the day to see if I should drive the hour over for the scan or reschedule. Like trying to make the initial appointment, that went nowhere. Just a number nobody answers and a messaging machine nobody gets back to. I arrive 30 minutes early for my appt to an empty office. No "gone for lunch" sign. Nothing. Then finally, about 15 mins after my scheduled appt, somebody comes to get me and confirms the test can't be done because I ate something that day I wasn't allowed to have. My mistake, I'll own that, but I tried several times to get somebody on the phone to find that out BEFORE making a 2 hour round trip to the office. I'd love to see this doctor again, but sadly I just can't handle the complete disaster that is the front desk, phones, scheduling, messaging, etc. Update: amazing how hard it is to get anybody in this office on a phone or any other form of communication, but you write a Yelp review and they are back to you within an hour or two and ask you to remove your review. The message stated that this test was being handled/ordered/etc with another provider. It was not. I see no other doctor in that office besides Dr. Kramer. They also stated nothing he does has any kind of special restrictions leading up to a test, which is laughable because this test was ordered through him, done at his office, and was not allowed to be done yesterday because I consumed a multi vitamin (again, my fault, but I was never given directions in my hands for this test, and I couldn't get anybody on the phone all day to verify status if protocol wasn't followed and instead I wasted about 3 hours of my time and sick leave from work when that was preventable). So, apparently the office can't keep track of their patients and ordered tests either, nor do they know their own protocols for tests that they order. Kind of falls right in line with the kind of disorganization/administrative attention issue I was highlighting as the over arching problem with the office. So, I'll leave it at that. Again, this review is not necessarily for Dr. Kramer personally. It's for the office in general, which is a hot mess, as re-enforced by their yelp reply that doesn't even know their own test that was ordered or the protocol associated with it.
