Dr. Andersen preformed cataract surgery on me April 18 and May 2,2023. He is a excellent doctor. He takes time to explain the process and makes you feel comfortable. My surgery has turned out excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Andersen for any eye condition.

He is a good doctor but his office is always behind by 1 to 2 hrs. Cimplained about it but the front desk lady said even if I set an appointment on May 2023, they are still behind by 2 hrs. She said that they are under staff and over booked because they need to keep the office afloat.

I have been seeing Dr.Anderson since 2013 for glaucoma for both eyes. He is very knowledgeable and his office is highly professional.

It took two months to get the chance to see Dr. Andersen. And it's worth the waiting! Dr. Andersen was very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. I feel lucky to have him care for my eyes. Highly recommended!

The office staff is VERY incompetent. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. The soonest availability was 2 1/2 months. When I arrived they didn't have me scheduled, didn't have my name as a new patient, and didn't have my name on record anywhere. The best they could do was to offer another appointment in 6 months. Not worth the wait.

Covid protocol seems great but wait times are crazy.. I had to wait for an hour - what's the point of appointments if they aren't keeping up with time anyway.

Dr. Andersen has excellent bedside manners. He is patient, and explains everything to you to put your mind at ease. He is everything you look for in a good doctor. Highly recommended.

I HIGHLY recommend Ophthalmologist, Steven Anderson MD and his wonderful staff. I have Glaucoma and feel safe with him as my Ophthalmologist for the treatment.

They are as good as others commented. I made an appointment to see Dr. Anderson a while back and it was for today. The cataract in my right eye is ready for surgery. The front office and all the prelimerey technical personnel were cordial and professional. Dr. Anderson was very thorough in explaining my situation and treatment proposals. He listened well. He is a far cry from my previous experience for the surgery on my left eye. I wanted my remaining eye to be done by a better team. I'm sure it will go well.

Dr. Anderson is a true professional. My toddler son is a patient of his and is well taken care of during his visits. He has been a patient for about a year. He took the time to explain his condition and displays a true sense of gentleness/kindness. Coming from the health profession myself, this is refreshing and much appreciated. Front desk staff are also kind and patient, highly recommend their office.
