List of Surinder Sandhu's Reviews
This doctor was on probation for 5 years. My brother lost his life due to the actions of Surinder. She has done everything she can to erase all of the evidence of there once being an investigation into her over-prescribing and negligence. Please do not go to her.
TCA Cross nightmare ~ I had a TCA Cross done by Dr. Sandhu approximately 10 weeks ago and the results are a complete disaster unfortunately. While Dr. Sandhu was nice, the TCA Cross went horribly wrong. I've had a lot of different things done in the past for acne scarring such as Infini, subcision, Fraxel. I'm also an active part of online forums, so I'm knowledgeable when it comes to acne scar revision. I also did TCA Cross in the past with Dr. J. Emer from LA and the results were fantastic for softening the edges of icepick scars. Hence, I thought the procedure was simple and I came to this practice (which is closeby). Unfortunately, the concentration of acid used was far too high for my skin type (100%) and the radius of application used was far too high (acid bled around the entire scars. This led to one part of my right side scarring being more caved in). Most importantly, it left with a lot of Post Infammatory Erythrema and redness which is very scary to look at. Recovery was horrifying too as the scabs took 3 weeks to completely fall off... Normally with TCA Cross, they should fall off much sooner. I came back for a F/U one month post op and was assured the redness would get better but it has been 10 weeks and nothing has changed. I'm honestly guessing the Dr. just wanted me out of the office so she brushed off all my concerns knowing fully that she messed my skin up. I really didn't want to post this review since Dr. Sandhu seemed to did try on my case but the results were truly not great... and I know have to go back to Dr. Emer, spending thousands of dollars on V beam, peels Q switch etc to rectify these issues (he's super pricy). Luckily, Dr. Emer said he can address this issue effectively. However, this situation has left me feeling pretty down the past few weeks... I normally never post reviews but I just had to get this off my chest. I definitely would not recommend this place for any skin based treatments.
I had a bad experience in this clinic, a year ago i went to Dr.Sandhu to get some recommendations for my double chin or nick, so she recommended me to do laser for my neck and she said its only two treatment, and the result will be good after the second treatment. Its been a year there is NO result. I still have tje dojble neck, just waisted my money in her clinic for no result.
The doctor applied the glycolic peel with a paper towel. I'm not complaining about my reaction to the peel but I wanted to address my concerns about how she did the peel. The doctor used a soaked paper towel to apply it. She said it was frosting but this is a burn. She didn't apologize or anything. I just kept quiet but she was just going on as if nothing ever happened. To cover up the burn that she didn't address, she even tried to use tinted sunscreen to make it seem okay. I told her I had no time and I wanted to leave, she was glad I was getting out of her office. It makes me sad how she's a doctor but she has no work ethic and morals. Being a doctor you would think she cares about people but she doesn't care about her patient. I was told and instructed by people to report her as she should not be business
Easy office to interface with. The staff is nice. The vi peel is great for my skin needs and the process is fast. I recommend
I've been seeing Dr. Sandhu for some time now. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She understands your concerns and has never tried to sell any service at all. But the reason I'm a regular is because she is great at what she does. The staff is super friendly as well.
Dr. Sandhu ... questionable on the MD section! I had come in to get laser hair removal done. From the beginning she was short and boarder-line rude. I let it slide even though it was not sitting well with me. (Disclosure: I've had laser done before years back and know what to expect regarding the procedure and how the client should be treated) We went in for the treatment and at no point did she test my level of pain as we began. She slapped some type of gel in the area (not exaggerating it was a rough way of spreading it) and 1. Didn't cover the whole area being serviced 2. Mentioned what and why she was putting this on. She proceeded to start at what felt was the highest laser level without using the cold-air (those who have had laser know this is a MUST to be used) She went very quick and only stopping to adjust the machine which felt like the intensity was getting stronger. At no moment did she stop and ask to see how I was doing. Once finished, she rudely clean my face with a paper towel instead of a tissue (remember, I just had laser so the area was sensitive). She hurried me off as my daughter was next to get the service. My daughter's experience was even worst! If you see this person working for your spa, run the other way! Sorry we can't do negative starts! No patient/client service whatsoever, rude and inconsiderate to the client's needs.
Doctor Sandhu helps her patients feel comfortable. She explains things step by step.
The doctor was friendly, but Botox injection did not work on me! Just wasted my money:(Aa
New Image Medical Spa requested that I provide feedback on my experience. As for the results of my treatment I'm left disappointed because I haven't seen a change in improvement yet. It would have been better to wait until I've had further treatments for successful results to request a review of my experience. To make matters worse, I appeared on time for my appointment, but Dr. Sandhu did not. I was informed she was attending to another client while I waited patiently for thirty-eight minutes for her to appear at my appointment. During that time I was waiting I was considering walking out of my seat and leaving because I had no idea when she would attend to my treatment and all the while my poor hubby was sitting in a hot vehicle waiting for me to return. I think Dr. Sandhu should have told her other client to make a return appointment because she had an appointment with me at that time. I'm sure the other client will give Dr. Sandhu a glowing review for staying overtime, but it just was wrong to keep me waiting on my time, on my appointment. I've got my own schedule to keep and I'd appreciate that Dr. Sandhu learn to keep her schedule on time too. I've knocked off two stars. One star for being late to my appointment and one for unsatisfactory results to date. I rated Dr. Sandhu OK. She is nice and will change my treatment to obtain better results.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
