More like 2 1/2 stars Waited waaaayyyyy too long. We “got in line” at home 2+ hours before our appointment time. It seemed pointless because it took us 2.5 hours to get out of there. No information provided except “it’s not fractured”. Okay, what should we do? How long might it take to be better? Then She offered to wrap it in an ace bandage but went away for an unreasonable amount of time so I said forget it and walked out. We’ve been here before and had a better experiences. Will go somewhere else next time.

This place is actually a joke. I had requested a Tdap vaccine and made it very clear that I did not want just a Td vaccine. The MA administered the vaccine before the provider even came in to see me to verify anything or ask what I was even here for, so it wasn't until I came in to pick up some labs that I asked for a copy of my chart and found out they just administered a Td vaccine and not the Tdap I had requested. When I asked the MA about this, she told me they're the same, but the Tdap is the brand name for Td vaccinations. What a joke.

Worst place ever the girl in the front said they do no check ups but they do walk ins ?? She was very rude don’t come here and waist your time just go to another one the ladies in the front are very rude in my opinion if they don’t wanna work they just should go home or the clinic needs to hire new girls because if they don’t do check ups then what is this place good for ?

Made an appointment and filled out the forms online made the process very easy. Was seen by my appointment time. Very satisfied with the staff and provider. Would highly recommend this Urgent Care.

I really recommend this Accelerate Urgent care the front office clerk they are really nice the nurses and the Dr soo professionals an excellent service thank you all and God Bless your life’s 🙏🙏

I was attended promptly by the receptionist, facility representatives were pleasant, helpful, curtious and knowledgeable. Facility was very clean.

doctor did not examine me, refused to look at test results I brought with me, did no testing herself, just told me to keep hydrated and eat bland foods. found out three days later I had two partially collapsed lungs, anemia from internal bleeding.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. I had an appointment at 8 and wasn't seen until almost 10 o'clock. I was the last one to leave to only be seen for 3 minutes as the doctor ran away after not answering all my questions. Waste of time. Don't recommend.

A family member recommended ACU in Clovis when I told her I tested positive for Covid, she said they could see me on zoom. That was prefect as I was feeling so miserable I knew I couldn't drive. I called the number and the medical assistant instructed me to fill out the form online. Just basic information and uploaded my ID and insurance card. Boom... received a call 10 minutes later at 7:08pm and was asked if a 7:15pm zoom appointment would work. My email had the zoom link, I saw the wonderfully sweet, understanding and professional NP. Meds were ordered and sent off. Urgent care was more helpful the my regular primary care. Thank you.
