New patient went in and Staff was great. seen Dr.Shafiq and she came up with a plan to help my condition she was very understanding and considerate.

Doctor was great and very knowledgeable. Took her time to go over everything with me.

Dr Shafiq is my new doctor. She spent quality time sitting down and discussing my overall health and made suggestions on vaccines which would be beneficial for my future health. It was nice to have a doctor who really cared about her new patient.

Recently switched PCPs. I was referred to Dr. Shafiq by the office of Dr. Van Horne. My experience has been amazing to me she is very attentive and has taken care of my concerns. Took the time to explain and answered all my questions. I like that she sits with me and reflects on my past visits and issues. Nurses were also very helpful and nice. I did mention this specific nurse but forgot her name she is Hispanic with glasses. She was nice and attentive as well. Overall my experience has been great and look forward to attending my future appointments. Satisfied patient

Ive never had such a bad experience at a doctor as I had with this one. Instead of listening to me she jumped to incorrect conclusions. I was very taken aback by her attitude. She was aggressive and switched me to being her patient without my permission my regular doctor had left Facey and I made it clear I was trying different doctors. I only learned she did this later when I called the office sneaky I would never choose her as my doctor. This visit was a waste of time.

Dr. Shafiq is by FAR the WORST doctor I have ever seen. She is bossy rude and failed to listen to anything I said. She was skeptical of everything and switched me over to being her patient before I even decided to make her my PCP. She made a mess of my file in that one visit switching meds and deleting longstanding issues. She seemed to want to dismiss all of my health issues and was TELLING me how I feel instead of listening. Shes aggressive and condescending. I will never go back to her.

I went into her office to get more information and her staff quickly had me sign papers making her my primary doctor. She ran all the tests and had the insurance company approve $1500 for a colonoscopy. She had me in the office every week to check my blood pressure which the m.a. released the air in the cuff in less than a second I asked How could you check a blood pressure in less than a second? He said he was good When all the expensive tests were completed she go to someone else

This is NOT a doctor I could recommend. Demonstrates poor listening skills not empathetic rude behavior argumentative and it was difficult to receive medical advice or evaluation regarding the reason for the visit. Quick to make erroneous assumptions and driven by her own agenda rather than patient needs or concerns. Does not maintain a professional composure. Horrible experience.

Wouldnt listen rude. Didnt care what your input was and had no empathy. Would never see her again. Absolutely a horrible experience
