Dr. Alam is a very compassionate and knowledgeable physician. She is extremely thorough and up-to-date on the latest treatment modailities and preventative care. Her staff members including Roberta are equally professional, accommodating, and courteous. Dr. Alam is truly the "doctors' Doctor." Highly recommend her!

After my doctor retired I was in need of a primary doctor. Dr Alam was recommended. I’m glad I went to her; she was very thorough and she made sure I was up-to-date on all the necessary tests, vaccines and lab work. I’m a creature of habit and I’m not comfortable with a lot of changes. I hope she finds the perfect location so I don’t have to search for her address every time I have an appointment.

Called several times for an appointment and never called back. Need to look for a doctor that knows how to serve her patients. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Naveen Alam is a wonderful caring doctor. My last primary care doctor retired and I had been with her for many years. She recommended Dr. Alam and I am so grateful she did. I feel she cares about me and my health. I had fallen once and called to see if I could get an appointment. She was completely booked up I was told for 2 months out, but that she would tell the doctor. I got a call back in 15 minutes and was told to come in early the next morning. She truly cares.

I was thrilled to find this lovely doctor. She was so easy to talk with and was very thorough. She explained everything and set me up with all I needed to do. She was on time with the appointment and was not in a hurry to rush me out.

I like Naveem Alam MD, she seems kind, polite, and honest, however, I do not like the organization she works for (CMP West). It seems that she is always over booked and late for her appointments. Last time I made an appointment it was three weeks out. when I arrived I gave up after she was unable to see me 45 minutes after my appointment. The the next appointment was another three weeks away. Unfortunately I think I will be forced to find a different doctor.
