This MD works one day a week at N. Fresno Primary Care under Dr. Ignacio Guzman. Spends Tues morning seeing patients that have been overbooked, waiting over 2 hrs to be seen. Spends PM doing telehealth. The absolute worst medical office I’ve ever experienced in over 40 years. From doctor, to office manager, to medical assistant, down to the receptionist - have zero interest in providing thoughtful care or having a positive reputation in the community. MDs in this office are jacks of all trades, masters of none - always looking for the side hustle to add to their practice. Office is cluttered, unkept. Patient rooms are also dingy, medical supplies stored unsanitarily, old needles/tubes left in red boxes. Don’t ever expect to reach a person through the phone, you’ll either be hung up on, or placed on hold waiting so long you give up and hang up yourself. Referrals rarely get processed timely. Pharmacist request go unanswered and Rx get sent to wrong pharmacy. No on-call MD.
